"Ibi abscondita est fortitudo est in te"

-There is a hidden power in you-

~~

"Did you hear about the new student?"

An audible whisper made you turn around, eyes landing on two girls who were staring at you, standing in front of a row of lockers. They fell silent, tensed up as they saw you'd noticed, both of them fearful.

You just looked away and continued walking along the hall, passing by large groups of students on the way. Almost all of them fell suddenly a little quieter as they saw you, gazes following you carefully.

You couldn't really enjoy it, since you knew that this would be the same thing happening every day. Instead, your eyes scanned your surroundings, taking in the masses of students, yet not seeing them.

You were looking for them, ever since the brunet and black haired boy had slipped from your vision after leaving class.

They'd somehow managed to vanish and become invisible, even though you could feel their effects everywhere. They should be so easily noticeable, eye-catching to say the least, but they managed to be silent and creep around in the shadows.

In this new territory, where everything was unknown to you, you couldn't achieve that. You couldn't use that particular talent, you were still too new to the other people to be subtle and hide in the masses.

You paused walking into the school yard. A lot of students were standing around talking, but after looking around for a few moments, you caught sight of two boys, casually flirting with a group of girls that was surrounding them.

Gritting your teeth, you slowly started walking again, cautiously watching them out of the corner of your eye.

As you drew closer, you could make out which two. A long silver piercing flashed in the sunlight, dangling from the blonde's right ear. The grey haired boy was busy adjusting the silver rings on his fingers, grinning as the girl next to him blushed under his gaze.

It was him too that noticed you first.

His head turned to see you, face falling expressionless for a second before another grin twisted itself onto his full lips. You narrowed your gaze, continuing to walk towards them, with the sole intention of passing them.

The second nudged the blonde in the ribs, making him look over at you too. Waves of feelings you had repressed until now fully crashed over you, flames of passion and desire intertwining as they stared at you.

You felt heat rise in every corner of your body, taking a deep breath. It was a lot, but you couldn't let it make you weak.

The girls, noticing that the attention wasn't on them anymore, followed the boy's gazes to see you. Most of them glared at you, but two or three quickly averted their eyes, instead closing in on the two guys.

It was sort of pathetic and it almost made you smile, until the blonde's voice rang out to you.

"Iseul, why don't you come join us?"

Iseul.

It was a deep, smooth tone, the exact voice that had first called your name last night. You stopped in your tracks, eyes wandering over their faces. They both had a more questioning expression, but hints of a smirk could be seen at the corners of their lips.

They knew what you were thinking.

Not looking away, you tried to continue walking, breathing shallowing.
