The sun rose on a happy New day. Yesterday me and Connor got back together after a long time spent fighting. Life is better. Or so I thought.
I was on patrol outside of the base with Lucille and the golden gun when Joe came up to me.
"Hey, mom." He said. "I have a confession." He began kicking at the dusty floor.
"Aww, you're finally doing it!"
"WHAT!?"
"Your finally coming out!"
"No! I mean. Maybe. Yeah. I'm gay. I love boys but that isn't the only thing. I'm leaving."
"W-Whta?"
"I am gay, and I am leaving."
