They day flies by really fast and I'm in my last period, when Cameron passes me a note.
Cameron: Meet me after school
Amani: Sorry cant you witch got me detention remember
Cameron: Okay I'll pick you up after detention
Amani: No need I drove my self today
Cameron: *scoffs* Amani Parker are you trying to avoid me
Amani: whaaa I wouldn't
Cameron: okay then
Amani: How about you come over my house at 7:00 for Dinner bring your dad
Cameron: Sounds good Miss.Parker
Amani: Great Mr.Boyce
Before I knew it the bell was ringing and 8th period LIT was over.
I got up from my chair and stretched my tiny bones.
"So how do you know where I live?" I asked Cameron
"Well I get all of your information in the front office since I was your official greeter to Ashner and I live next door to you and I saw you walking home yesterday." He explained
"Stalk much!" I said with a giggle
"Yea, it's what I do" he said as me him and Stix walked into the hall filled with children.
"Can you guys show me where the detention room is?" I said
"Yea sure its right around this corner." Stick said
We got to a door and we stop in front of it.
"Well here you are little lady" Stix said opening the door then quickly turning around
"Oh crap" he said running away "Bye Amani bye C" he said
"Okay what was that about?" I asked Cameron
"You see that girl over there" he said pointing to the only other person in the detention room "That's Melanie stix has had a crush on her since the first grade." He said
"AWWWWWW that's so cute."I gushed
"Yea yea now get in there thug life" he said throwing up duces
"Don't ever do that again. It's not for you." I said with a giggle
"What this?" He said pulling me into a kiss
I leaned into his touch but soon pulling away
"C'mon Cameron people are watching and I have to go. See you at 7:00?" I asked
"See you at 7:00" he said with a small peck on my cheek and walking away
When I walk into the detention room it doesn't look like a detention room at all it looks like a game lounge. With two vending machines an air hockey table and a flat screen tv equipped with direct tv cable.
"I think I'm in the wrong room I was looking for detention." I say to Melanie
"Well you're in the right place it's just umm a little relaxed" She says
"Hi I'm Amani Parker" I said
"Yea I know your practically famous around this school after what you did to Kalee and then you got Cameron to drop her like a fly pfft girl I want to be you oh yes by the way I'm Melanie."
"I think I know some one who likes you" I say with a grimm smile on my face
"Huh what who tell me tell me tell me!!!"she said
"It's Stix"I said all cheery
