My journey home would only consist of 20 minutes of blissful walking. No annoying stepbrother constantly yapping about some irrelevant shit, no ear splitting music - whatever type of horrendous noise 'trendy' people call music- being blasted into my ears on car journeys home. And peace. 20 heavenly minutes of peace.

I truly love Jack but with his awful taste in music, his voice constantly being emitted into my ear drums, I'd much rather prefer a relaxing stroll home.

And out of all days, I was especially relieved that it was today. The weather was clear, the sun shone mindfully and the breeze was at its low. The tranquility of the afternoon was at its high.

I've never used to be the type of person who'd completely engulf in their surroundings, however I've been feeling a serious change in my persona lately. Maybe it's Finn- Maybe it's Wyatt.

Would your soulmate really change you?
Or are they just showing you who you were all along?
Because why would they decide to change you when they're destined for you?

Maybe you only feel like you've changed because your whole life finally begins to be put into perspective. Maybe you only feel like you've changed because your soul existence for living was to find that one person who'd truly make you so ecstatic and overjoyed, they've finally been found.

Your very purpose on this earth is not to undergo some form of manual labour your constantly trained for; It's not fulfilling some kind of success you thrive for-

It's finally finding the person you were made for. It's spending the rest of your days with the person who completes you.

Taking a sharp right, I realised how deep in thought I was and immediately struck an oncoming guy, that looks to be about my age. However, the fall made it a bit unclear on who I really hit. Their bright army green palms offering to help me stand. I graciously accept and stood up to come face to face with none other than Romeo Beckham.

"Sorry. And thanks." I shyly gratified his nice but unlikely gesture.

Romeo never used to be this helpful.

He replied with a quick "No problem," and went on his way.

Sooner than expected, my 20 minutes of bliss were over and I come face to face with my home. The 3 bedroomed family home I've come to know.

"Mum! David! I'm home!" I broadcast, as soon as I unlocked the door, but I'm greeted with the deafening sound of silence; they must both be at work.

Mum works at the local grocery store while David was the towns chief officer. Mum would usually cover and work long shifts and David's job never had a strict time schedule so sometimes he'd come home early, and others late. Even though our family was financially stable and more, the two would always be working.

I quickly take off my shoes and place them on the self-made shoe rack, grabbed my backpack and headed upstairs.

Considering the school years beginning being today, homework distribution was very lenient. I immediately dove onto my double sized bed which lay towards the upper right corner of my room.

My back making instant contact with the white sheets. My line of vision relaxing on the consistent egg white painted ceiling. And there I lay.

Out of all the 7 billion people in the world, only one will be the one. How fortunate is it that I've already met mine, having the knowledge of knowing they're the one.

Like Amybeth and Lucas. Two intertwined souls separated by continents but suddenly her being an exchange student, only eliminated any pathway for them not to collide.

There are so many soulmate pairings under a singular school roof, yet none can be paired off until they interact.
So why won't they interact?!

"Sweetie, I'm home!" I heard a feminine British accent echo through the walls. I instantly sprung up from my dead-like position.
"I'm in my room!" I informed, allowing my matching accent to flourish.
"Okay! Dinner will be ready at 6!" She announced.
"Okay!" I quickly replied, resting my school-worn body back into my comfortable placement.

She's finally home, earlier than usual.

Leaning over to my bedside table, I quickly grab my phone and press against the power button.
4:32pm

Jack should be home soon. This meant he'd currently be with Finn. I wonder what they're doing. He's probably supposed to be giving a detailed and thorough tour but probably getting the classrooms and directions wrong; making him extremely aggravated, meaning endless curses.

Considering the topic of classes, I finally decided to tackle my homework before being summoned downstairs for what I presume must be dinner.

"Honey! Come downstairs please!" My mother instructed. I lazily stood up from my slouched position with a sigh and walked downstairs. Dinner?

5:04

It can't possibly be.

"Honey, they're here! Can you open the door and let them in, please!" Mum inquired.
Here? Who's here?
"Who is it?" I asked as I approached the door. Mum decided not to answer my question.

I slowly made my way to the door and opened it cautiously. My eyes locked with a pair of hazel brown ones and made their way down to his army green palms.

Romeo's soulmate.

Taking on the whole persons appearance, I realised it was Noah. Noah was a distant cousin of mine and I guess their family came to visit?

I finally fit Noah in!

Well, I just want to dedicate is chapter to Fillie_IT_ST for heavily helping me come up with the plot of this one...

I also want to clear up the fact that Noah was mentioned earlier in this book to be with Romeo but I changed it so Millie didn't know it was the two of them until this chappy.

P.S this is part 11
