I'm still hella confused with whatever relationship or soulmate shit I've got. But it's how I'm supposed to make that happen. This gift or curse, whatever you want to call it; it's literally given me such a cool power but made me walk through hell and back just to claim it.

"Mil-Millie?" Wyatt waves his hand in front of my face, bringing me away from my thoughts.
"So-sorry. Just zoned out." I hesitantly replied, trying I grasp what I was previously thinking.
"No need to be sorry, I was just ranting 'bout something Flo said." He smiled. Funny; he calls her Flo too.
"What did she say?" I begin intrigued but also adding interest because I didn't pay attention the first time.
"Well... she's my aunt, the schools librarian and I love her but she can talk so... so... I don't know?" He grunted in frustration.
"Upper class." I attempted to finish his statement.
"Yeah... that's it- upper class." His face rose to form a contagious smile and I couldn't help but smile back, just as wide.

"You talk to her?" He asked me, completely stunned in realisation.
I flash a glance at his lilac palms before I responded, "Yeah..I didn't know she was your aunt.
He shows a smile before it completely fell.
"What's wrong?" I politely inquired, slowly squeezing his hand that rested uncomfortably on the table.
He glanced down at them, which only made me comfort them with another squeeze.

He sighed in defeat but sadness intertwined. "Coz of some family problems, I gotta say with her." He released a shaky breath before I stood up and took a seat next to him, instead of facing opposite.

I gave him a hug. A side-hug but a hug nonetheless. He accepted it and hugged back releasing a few chuckles, me doing the same. It's been a while since I've given one to anybody; that includes my family.

"Thanks Millie." He genuinely smiled with glossy eyes.
"No prob...Come Wy, we've got class." I free him from my arms and I reach for his hand as I drag him out of the booth, remembering to grab my bag.

Just as we walked out the glass doors that provided access to the library, the first bell rang. This caused many bodies to fill the halls, forming another stampede. I clung onto Wyatt's arm for stability until the crowds calmed down.

Sighing in relief, I clung tighter onto my backpack and pushed my sunglasses higher up the bridge of my nose, after being slightly blinded by the flashing headlights that happened to be placed on everybody's palms.

I realised I'm still cling onto Wyatt's arm. I awkwardly remove my tight grip from his surprisingly built-up arm. Causing the both of us to awkwardly blush and turn away.

Being the awkward person I am, I break the deafening silence with a, just as awkward cough.
"I gotta head to class. I'll see ya later though... bye Wy..." I blurted out, smiling and displaying a small wave before I walked to my next class; science.
"Bye, Bobby... same place tomorrow," I heard behind me. I just continued walking, giving him a thumbs up.

Bobby. He called me Bobby because apparently talking about Flo, to family life and suddenly managed to somehow change to the topic of middle names and the rest is sorta self explanatory.

And I called him Wy because- actually I don't really know why. It just popped into my head and now here we are... in front of my classroom door.

I took a step in and took a seat at the nearest available seat to the door, which coincidentally planted me next to Finn Wolfhard.
My one of two soulmates.
I flashed him a small smile, genuine nonetheless, which he politely returned.

Knowing that Finn was in this class, meant that Jack should be in it too. Seeing that the teacher is still not present, I take a glance around the classroom and spot my target. I hurriedly ripped a piece of lined paper from my binder, scrunching it into a ball and hurdling it at him.

This caused him to release a pained moan and spot me. I'm then given many dirty looks from all the girls in the room, followed by snarls that came from the jocks Jack associates with. All of these were calmed down by him. But this want over, he loaded his disoriented pen and launched a spit ball in my direction, however it landed on the back of his very own soulmate: Grace Vanderwaal.

He apologised sheepishly. This was usually a default demeanour to meeting or acknowledging soulmates. This was a constant thing I'd always see, through my 15 years of living on planet earth I've experienced many first meetings than I care to admit but many nevertheless.
