Dev let out a huge yawn as he idly checked his Wattpad account for the fifth time in the last 30minutes but still there weren't any new updates on Annie Tomlinson07 's account.

She was this girl whom he had stumbled upon by sheer luck. At first she didn't interest her, but her writings were beyond amazing. He really loved what she wrote, he could actually relate to it.
Even though he didn't knew the first things about her, not even her name, he could feel a connection between them.

"She must be different",he said thinking out loud. Not like those fake girls he used to date before his breakup.

He had started reading her poems after he had found out about his ex - girlfriend jahanvi . Apparently she had been cheating on him for 6months. When he had got to Know about it, he still thought it wasn't true. They loved each other so much. He wanted to be with her forever. But then in the end she chose her other boyfriend over him and ended their 3year relationship through a text message.

A month after that his father died after a long battle with cancer. That's when all the strings broke inside him. He started shutting everyone out and never said how he felt to anyone. He kept shutting his pain in the deep dungeons of his heart. He was tired of getting hurt and he decided if he wasn't close to anyone, no one would be able to hurt him.

After fiddling with his phone for a while, he texted Annie. It was the first time he had done that. There were several occasions when he had typed and erased messages to her but today he just did it.

Captnjacksparrow- hey! I love your work. When are you updating?
A few seconds later there was a notification.

Annie Tomlinson07- thanks, I will try to soon.

Captnjacksparrow- what's your name.

Annie Tomlinson 07- Annie Tomlinson?
Captnjacksparrow- yeah! I get it you are a Directioner. What's your real name?

Annie Tomlinson07- what's yours?
Captnjacksparrow- jack

Annie Tomlinson07- ok!! I am from Jaipur.
Captnjacksparrow- me too

Annie Tomlinson07- 11th grade, vardhman international School.

Captnjacksparrow- cool, so then let's not reveal our identity and we will try to figure each other out coz apparently we are batch mates.
Annie Tomlinson07- deal! See you later.

Well who can she be, he wondered. He was enjoying playing this little game with her. It's going to be a lot of fun. But well once she finds out who he is, she will probably ask him to get the hell out of here. His history with girls after his breakup hadn't been that nice. He usually asked them to get lost and acted like a total asshole.
