Working at the hospital

Y/N POV

As we followed the doctor down the hall I started to see more and more kids instead of Adults. "Here we are. This is your first patient move on when you're done." The doctor said as he bowed then walked off.

Sayomi and I looked at each other then she knocked on the door. "I told you to go away! I hate it here!" Was the reply we got. I looked at Sayomi to see her annoyed. 'Oh no' I thought.

She slammed open the door and glared at the first living thing she seen in the room. It happened to be a kid who looks 9, three years younger than me.

Sayomi scolfs and grabs my wrist and walks in. "Look kid, what's your name? We're gonna be taking care of you for today." Sayomi said.

He looked away from her. "Why would I tell a hag like you?!" The kid said. I facepalmed at that comment. 'Rest in peace kid' I thought as Sayomi let my wrist go.

She marches up to the kid and picks him up by his shirt. "Look here brat, I don't care how old you are or how hurt or sick you are. I hate kids and you happen to be one so don't try my patients kid." Sayomi says with her infamous glare that could scare a kage.

The boy shudders as he slowly nods. "Good. Now apologize for calling me a hag. I'm only 18." Sayomi says. "Sorr-" I interrupted the kid. "I thought you were in your early twenty's!?"

Sayomi glares at me. "Do we need to have a talk too, Y/N?" Sayomi asked. "Nope! Just stating my mind.." I said. She scolfs again and looks at the boy.

"Continue your apology kid." Sayomi said. "I'm sorry for calling you a hag miss." The boy said. "Good. Apology accepted." Sayomi says. "What's your name?" I ask the boy.

"I'm Toby and I'm 10 years old." The boy I now know as Toby said. "Thought you were nine." I say out loud. "What? Miss make her apologize!" He says to Sayomi.

"Kid. I thought you were 8 so shut it." Sayomi says which causes me to snicker. "Why are you here?" Sayomi asked the boy. "I ask myself that everyday lady." Toby answered.

"The names Sayomi and that's Y/N." Sayomi says pointing at me. "Now answer my question. Why are you here?" Sayomi repeated. "I fractured my leg, now put me down on the bed miss Sayomi." Toby said.

Sayomi put Toby on the bed the gestured me over. I walked over to her. "Alright Y/N. This is your first human patient. Heal him, if you need help I'm here." Sayomi says.

I nod and look at Toby's leg. "She doesn't know how to! Don't let her touch me Sayomi!" Toby said. Before I could make a smart remark Sayomi said. "Oh don't worry, she won't touch you. But she will heal you."

I understood what she was saying and but my hands over Toby's leg and thought about saving him. I know his life isn't at risk but that's how Sayomi taught me to heal.

"Hey! Toby, don't move!" I say annoyed. "It feels weird!" Toby replies. I ignore him and continue to heal him. After about 20 minutes Sayomi says. "You can stop now Y/N. Toby, try standing up."

I stop healing him and, out of fear, he did what Sayomi told him to. "Wow! It doesn't even hurt! Thanks Y/N!" Toby said. Hearing that made me feel warm inside. I may be acting a little dramatic, but I always feel good hearing someone say thank you.

I nod my head at him. Sayomi smirks which causes me to grin. "Alright you two, follow me so we can get this brat outta here." Sayomi says referring to Toby. He didn't say anything but you could tell that being called a 'brat' annoyed him.

We walked out to the front seat and Sayomi said a few things to the lady there. I look around to see Miki again walking this way. "Ah, Miki." Sayomi says.

"I need you to take Y/N to here next patient in room 453 while I check this one out to his parents." Sayomi finished. "Yay~! My sister wants my help! Sure thing Sayo!" Miki says.

Sayomi rolls her eyes and starts talking to Toby again. "Alright Y/N. Ready to help someone else?" Miki asked me. "Sure thing!" I say back. He grins and nods at me.

I felt my face heat up some. What? He's hot. I don't like him but he's good to look at. He starts walking to the room 453 and I follow him close behind.

"Here we are miss Y/N." Miki says. I smile and knock on the door. There was a quiet "come in" so Miki opened the door and we walked in. There was a girl who looked about 5 with some bandages on her right arm.

"Broken or fractured?" Miki asked the girl. "Broken mister." The girl replied. He nodded at her then looked at me. "Saying my sister is your teacher I bet you can handle it, but if not say my name and I'll help." Miki said to me.

I nodded at him and walked over to the girl. "How old are you?" I asked. "Five." She said. 'Called it!' I thought. "And your name?" I asked. "Yuri." She said. I nodded.

"Could you please give me your arm yuri?" I asked. "Sure." She said as she moved her arm to me. "My names Y/N and I'm gonna make you all better." I say. I gives a small smile and nods.

'This is going to take longer than that fractured leg..' I thought as I put my hands over the girls arm. 'Just think about saving her... saving her from her pain.' I think to myself.

I then nod and start healing her arm. She looks at her arm intensely. I look at Miki then back at Yuris arm, not wanting to lose focus. Miki is smiling at me.
