Out with my bro

Y/N POV

After spending the whole day at the hospital with Sayomi and Miki constantly switching places it was time for us to leave. We may have been helping out but they still classified us as visitors.

As we walk out Miki asked me, "You don't need anyone to walk you home?" "Nope! I can walk home myself!" I reply with a grin. He nods then looks at Sayomi with an evil smirk. "No. Never." Sayomi says.

I look at them confused. "Never what?" I ask. "Well now little Y/N-chan, Sayomi-chan here might be wearing more color tomorrow." Miki looked at me and said with a smile. I bursted our laughing.

"Shut up, kid! And no I won't Miki!" Sayomi said. "Well I gotta go before Naruto starts worrying. Good luck Sayomi-sensei. And have fun Miki-Kun." I say with tears in my eyes.

They both nod and wave me off. 'Can't wait to see Sayomi tomorrow.' I giggle to myself as I walk off from the siblings. I look up at the sky. "Man, it's not even dark yet." I say to no one.

As I walk home I notice pink and purple walking my way. 'Oh no.' I thought. "Eww don't look now but I think crap grew legs." Sakura says to Ino as she points at me.

I sigh and try to ignore her but they both stop in front of me. "Where do you think you're going, twerp?" Ino said. I glare. "Why does it matter to you two?" I say.

"Aww you think you're all big and bad? Well no ones here to protect you, little girl." Sakura says to me. "I should be saying that to you two." I snap back. They both do an annoying laugh.

"Aww, I would say that was cute but if we're talking about you then there's nothing cute about it, you trashy brat." Ino said. I clinch my fist clearly annoyed.

'Stay calm, they are not worth it.' I tell myself. Just then Sakura shoves me to the ground. I hit the dirt hard and make an 'oof' sound. Ino then kicks me in the side which caused me to lose my breath for a minute.

I go to stand up until Sakura kicks me in the face and knocks me down again. I feel anger boiling up inside me and my vision starts blurring red. 'Not again' I thought.

And right at that moment Naruto stood in front of me. "Stop! You two have no right to hurt my sister, if you want to hurt her you have to get through me first!" Naruto said. The girls sighed and turned to walk away.

"It's sad a pathetic girl had to get her pathetic brother to help her." Sakura said. I clinched my fist and stood up. Naruto put his arm out. "She's not worth it Y/N-chan." He said.

I nod and calm down a bit now that Naruto's here. 'Trashy? Pathetic? What did I do? Why do they do this?' Thoughts kept running in my head until Naruto snapped me out of that scary place people call a mind.

"Are you okay Y/N-chan? Did they hurt you? Do you need medical help?" Naruto asked me with worry written all over his face. I feel bad for worrying my brother so I shake my head.

"I'm fine Naruto, really. But what could help is a bowl of ramen!" I say with a fake grin hoping he wouldn't read through it. He nods. "Got it! Let's go get you that ramen!" Naruto said.

We walk to the ramen shop in quiet but it was fine because it was the comfortable quiet. I'm fine as long as I'm with my brother. And seeing him stand up for me? I respect him more than he can even imagine.

When we finally get to the ramen shop we order our usuals the miso pork ramen. I wipe the dirt and stuff off my clothes before eating from what Sakura and Ino did to me.

'Next time I see those pigs their dead.' I thought. Naruto seen how tense I was and tried to brighten up the mood. "After this you wanna walk around Y/N-chan?" Naruto asked.

"Huh? Oh, sure thing Naruto-Ku-!" I stop myself. 'Ohnoijustdroppedmycoolinfrontofmybrotherohnoohnohono' I thought. Naruto looked at me with a smug expression.

"What was that last part Y/N-chan?" Naruto asked. I cover my mouth. "Nothing!" I say. He laughs at me. "You sure it was nothing?" He asked. I nod fast. He laughs a little more.

"If you ask me I think I heard you say Naruto-Kun." Naruto said. "W-well I didn't ask you, dummy!" I say. He laughs again. "Okay, okay. Whatever you say sis." Naruto said. I sigh and eat my ramen.

After Naruto paid for the ramen we walked out of the ramen shop and around the village. It was night time now so the stars were out.

I looked up at the sky in awe. 'So perfect...I wish I could be a star' I thought. "You really like stars, huh, Y/N-chan?" Naruto said. "Yeah, they're so pretty.." I say. He chuckles.

"I like the stars too. They shine so bright even though all around them is darkness." Naruto says looking at the stars. I look over at him. "That was kind of deep Naruto..." I say.

"Huh? Oh sorry. Haha, just stating my mind." He apologized. I sigh and smile. "Looks like you don't have the brightest mind dear brother." I say. "Like you're one to talk." He jokes.

"Guess you got me there." I say back. We both laugh awkwardly and look back up at the stars. "I think it's about time we head back home. One more day before the Chunin exams, right?" Naruto says.

I nod. "Right! Hope you've been training hard Naruto, I have!" I say with a laugh as we walk back to our home.
