Jimin turns his phone off and shoves it in his jacket pocket as he walks through the dull corridors of the hospital. He's carrying a little pink teddy bear and some snacks, all for Hoseok. He should probably feel embarrassed for bringing these kinds of presents for somebody, but Hoseok is different. Jimin doesn't feel like Hoseok would judge him for anything, even...

Jimin shakes his head. He doesn't want to think about that today.

When he reaches Hoseok's hospital door, he knocks softly, then enters. Hoseok is awake this time, and looks much healthier already. Even though hospital food is repulsive, the nutrition is great for getting people to feel their best.

Hoseok's eyes seem to light up as soon as Jimin steps into the room, and he smiles wide when he sees the teddy bear Jimin has for him.

"Is that for me?" Hoseok exclaims, and Jimin has to tear his eyes away from the older boy.

"No, it's for the nurse." Jimin says sarcastically, and tosses it at Hoseok, who catches it easily. Hoseok immediately hugs it tight, and Jimin smiles a little while Hoseok isn't looking.

"You have to tell them, Hoseok." Jimin says quietly. He didn't want to kill his friend's good mood, but it was inevitable.

Hoseok's smile immediately vanishes, and the teddy bear drops into his lap.

"I... I can't. They'll think I'm pathetic and weak and-"

"They won't. If they're really your friends, they'll understand." Jimin cuts him off.

"They won't! They'll never look at me the same! They won't invite me anywhere anymore and I can't just-" Hoseok starts.

Jimin's frustration is rising, and before his anxiety can stop him, he stomps forwards and practically leaps onto Hoseok.

Hoseok's eyes widen and he almost gasps when he realizes what's happening.

"Jimin's kissing me... Kissing me?" Hoseok thinks, and doesn't even hesitate to kiss him back. Jimin seems to relax when Hoseok grips his shoulders and tugs him closer.

The moment is more than Jimin ever thought it could be. He wasn't even planning to kiss Hoseok or do anything about his overwhelming feelings for his hyung, but it happened anyway. Jimin doesn't regret it at all.

Time seemed to stop during the kiss, but when Jimin pulls away reluctantly, Hoseok feels his skin buzzing with life. His lips are tingling where Jimin's were, and his face is burning with an innocent blush.

"Will you be with me when I tell them?" Hoseok asks, his voice slightly unsteady.

Jimin nods, and smiles. "No doubt about it."
