lexi's pov :

we were making out until

"WHAT THE HELL?" sophia said

"sophia! it's not what it looks like" i said

"oh my god" she said then go outside

"sophia!" joey ran after her

"i'll explain" he said and then leave

joey's pov :

"sophia wait!" i said while chasing her

she is crying. i feel bad, i don't know why she's crying but i know she's upset.

"i'm sorry" i said after she stopped

"i'm sorry i'm sorry i'm sorry" i said then hug her

"don't touch me" she said and push me

she is sobbing and panicking at the same time. she is sitting on the sidewalk so i sit beside her. she's crying but i don't say anything.

she cried for 40 minutes straight and then she finally talked to me

"explain" she said while wiping her tears

"i like her soph" i said

i should tell her about the dare, but then she'll get mad and it'll get crazy but she's my sister and i can't hide anything from her.

"it's honestly a dare" i said

"what?" she said

"charles dares me to date lexi because i lost a bet" i said

"you're a fucking dick" she said and push me

"listen to me" i said

"why would i listen to you?! you played my bestfriend" she said and stand up. she was about to leave but she stopped when i say

"i'm in love with her soph" i said

"you what?" she said and turn back at me

"i love your bestfriend" i said

we stay quiet for a minute and then she said

"why didn't you tell me?" she said

"we were scared" i said

"of what?" she said

"this reaction" i said

"i'm sorry" she said

"why would you say sorry?" i asked

"i should've support you and lexi, you guys like each other and as long as my brother and my bestfriend are happy, i'm happy. i'm just shocked, i'm sorry i pushed you" she said

"it's okay" i said and hug her then she hug me back

"thankyou for understanding soph, i love you" i said and kiss her forehead

"love you jojo" she said

then we go back to lexi's house

lexi's pov :

sophia came back with joey, she is looking like a mess, i know she cried. i thought she was going to be angry at me so i'm ready to hear her but she surprisingly hug me instead.

"soph" i said

"i'm sorry lexi" she said

"i should've supported you" she said

"hey it's okay, i'm glad you understand" i said and rub her back.

she is crying again. i look at joey and joey is giving me the "okay" look. sophia's only 13 years old, i know that's a lot to take in for her especially she never thought the idea of me dating joey.

"so when did you guys admit it to each other?" sophia asked

"when he threw a party at your house" i said

"wait so that time when you and him were gone?" she said

"yeah" i said

"then what did he do" she asked

"he told me he likes me then-" i said. i wanna day he kissed me but that would be awkward.

"then i stay quiet because i didn't know what to say" i said

"aw man. i've never imagined that you guys would date" she said

"i'm sorry for not telling you" i said and rub her arms

"hey it's okay" she said

"do you wanna stay for tonight or?" i asked just because she doesn't look good like honestly she still looks upset.

"i just wanna go home today i'm sorry lex" she said

"hey soph, you're still my bestfriend right?" i asked

"of course" she said and leave my house

i sigh and then lay my body on the couch

"you okay?" he asked

"i'm okay" i said

"hey it's okay she'll be fine" he said

"yeah i hope so" i said

"hey follow me" he said and hold my hand

"where?" i asked

"just follow me" he said

he lead me into my room, he already decorated my room perfectly. i see a candle is being lit and it smells like vanilla.

"no matter what happened, i promise you, i promise that i'll be there for you" he said

"no matter what happened, i still wanna be with you" he said

"i don't deserve you" i said and wipe my tears. yes i'm crying. yes i'm a crybaby.

"you're too good to be true" i said

"you are to me" he said

then we kiss.

we talked until midnight then i fell asleep in his arms.
