lexi's pov :

it's been two weeks since the day i broke up with joey. i haven't been feeling great but at least i'm getting better.

i cry again and again after that i go to my room and call my mom

"mom can you come here?" i said while crying

"on our way sweetie" she said

and then i hang up

i call kenzie and maddie but kenzie didn't pick up so i call maddie instead. i tell her everything and she said she already knew from tayler. i feel stupid. i should've listened to tayler.

she accompany me until my mom is home which is like 7 hours and we facetime about 7 bours can you believe that? i love her. i feel better after talking to her. and that 7 hours, i spent most of the time crying.

the next day was worse. i cant even eat i don't have any appetite. i haven't posted anything on social media. i haven't got out from the house.

my mom and dad are with me now and they comfort me. i've never felt like this with my family before. i'm really glad they're here

so yeah that happened.

and i spent the rest of the days eating ice cream and watching tv series.

"lexi do you wanna go outside?" my mom said

i think about it for a second then i decided to go outside after a while.

"i could use some fresh air" i said

i can see my mom and dad are smiling.

my mom hug me and say

"that's my strong girl" she said and kiss my forehead

"mom i'm sorry. i've been an ass and i misunderstood everything you do i'm sorry" i said

"it's okay" she said and gently rub my back

"but what if i go outside and bump into that dick" i said

"lexi language!" dad said

i chuckled

"you won't i'll protect you myself" mom said

"don't worry honey" my dad said

"okay let me change" i said

i put on a white tank top, jean shorts and white shoes. i let my hair loose and put a little bit of make up.

"i'm ready" i said

"let's go" my mom said

we go outside then my mom asked me something shocking

"how about you go to college?" she said

"you could follow your childhood dreams to be a doctor." she added

"mom!" i said

"stop making me hope" i said

"i'm serious" she said while walking
