Chapter 13

[Wings tour - Newark 2nd day]  [March 24 - Mina's birthday]

"Taehyung-ah, you were still straining your voice earlier. You forced your head voice to be much higher. You strained your voice and that is dangerous." Jimin said, clearly worried about Taehyung. Taehyung clicked his tongue in frustration and ruffled his hair.

"Yeah though, you should've just made your voice louder and hit the high note at the end. You shouldn't have prolonged your high note." Jungkook said and looked at Taehyung who's frowning.

"It's okay guys, relax, we still did have a successful concert earlier hmm? And Taehyung still sang Stigma good. He's a good singer even in live performances."  Namjoon said, comforting Taehyung.

"Jimin you also were straining your voice back when we were still rookies, like in our track 'Let Me Know,' you were straining your voice during the high note and I was kinda worried." Hoseok said and took a sip at his coffee. Jimin bursted in laughter while covering his mouth.

"Seriously, I was also worried about that. I was more like screaming that time. Now, I feel like I'm getting better with my voice's technique and stability. I wish I could improve my voice more." Jimin replied and frowned.

"It's alright. You shouldn't see yourself as a sucker when it comes to singing. You're a good singer." Jin complimented which made Jimin smile.

"Jin hyung's right. And besides, we debuted as a hip-hop group, it's more based on the rapping. You guys weren't able to train your vocals well since rapping was the main role during our debut." Yoongi replied.

"That's a fact. And we shouldn't be disappointed by our flaws, like lacking something as an idol or something like that. We shouldn't be down, we've worked hard and I think that's enough for the fans to appreciate our group." Namjoon replied and rubbed his thighs as he felt warmth around the place - the warmth of his brothers.

"I remembered when we debuted, many netizens considered us as rats - dirty and unpleasurable. I've heard it somewhere." Taehyung replied.

"Yeah I've heard it too. I was tired, really. But I decided to stay strong since I trust you guys." Yoongi replied.

"No one expected us to come this far and achieve big dreams along the way... not even us." Hoseok replied.

"We should be really thankful for our ARMYs that they kept on supporting us, I love them so much." Jimin replied.

"We should not disappoint our armys' expectations since they support us non-stop." Jungkook replied.

"But that does not mean all their expectations should be seen or heard from us. We only produce good music and performance, and if some fake fans will leave us because we don't have abs, jawlines, collarbones, let them be, they don't deserve what we produce." Namjoon protested. The other members clapped their hands, quite amazed by Namjoon's words.

"That's our leader." Jin replied.

"Nah let's not do those things anymore, like starving ourse--" Jimin wasn't able to finish his sentence because his phone rang all of a sudden - indicating a phone call.

"Who is it?" Yoongi, who's sitting beside Jimin, asked and leaned his head towards the phone so that he could see who it is. After seeing who is it, he smirked and let out a chuckle.

"Your future girlfriend is calling you." Yoongi teased which made Jimin's eyes to widen. Jimin quickly picked up his phone and when he saw the caller ID, his lips formed into a smile.
