ANYA GRABBED HER things as the class ended. She had just finished her medical class and couldn't wait to get back to her room and hide under her thick warm blanket.

She smiled to some of her students as they grabbed their things. " See you guys next week Monday. Don't forget your essays!", she hollered.

There were a few mutters and groans as they exited the room. She then grabbed her bag before exiting the room herself.

" Anya wait!"

She whipped her head back and smiled once she saw who it was.

" Hey Leo.", she greeted.

He smiled at her. " You left this in the room.", she handed her a  pen.

" Oh yeah, thanks.", she stated, taking the pen before stuffing it in her bag.

Leonard placed his hands in his pockets. " Can I walk you back to your room? Or is that weird?"

She chuckled  before shaking her head. " Sure. I could use the company."

The duo then walked side by side in comfortable silence.

" You were great today by the way.", he complimented.

She snorted. " Yeah right. The whole class was one second away from sleeping if it wasn't for the bell."

" Hey give yourself credit, being an instructor for two courses immediately makes you a badass.", he said nudging her shoulder.

She blushed. " What's the use of being an instructor if no one really listens to you."

" Trust me, they look at you alright.", he muttered.

" What?", she said looking at him.

"You don't see it, but most of the male population in that class was staring at you."

" They do not!"

" Yes they do!", he insisted. " And plus why wouldn't they, you are smoking hot.", he added with a smirk.

Anya knew her face was redder than Maddie's hair color, so she looked down in embarrassment.

" You'd only know that if you had experience. Or if you guys gossip like little school girls.", she stated, trying to play it off.
