At the age of eight, Taehyung was a fairly clingy boy, especially toward his older brother. He was a sensitive little boy, but he was always outgoing if his brother was around. If he was alone, he'd be shy.

If he was alone for too long, he'd cry.

Taehyung fell into the sandbox in the playground, it was getting a bit too late for Taehyung's comfort. The sun was beginning to go down, and he knew his mom wouldn't look for the two at all; She never comes home early.

His hands sunk into the sand. "S-Seok-ah!" He cries out with a whine, his cheeks a bright red. "... I wanna go home! W-Where are you?"

In all honesty, Taehyung was tired. He had a lot of energy during recess, but began to get drained during lunch. Now, he was ready to just lay down on the sand and sleep.

Taehyung waddles around more to find his missing brother. Checking under the slide, behind every tree, and by the swings, but he couldn't spot his brother.

His eyes threaten to pour tears out. He couldn't ask for help, he'd get too shy to speak to adults. If he just sat and cry, someone might take him away. He didn't want to get taken away from his brother, that's what scares him the most.

He found Seokjin's backpack laying on the grass beside the wooden logs, and that's when he began to wail. "S-Seok-ah come back!" He hugs his older brother's yellow backpack in his arms.

He sniffles loudly, rubbing his cheeks with the fabric of his cotton sleeves. He see's a head poke out from under a bush, and he closes his mouth. Waddling over to the ebony hair strands that poke out from behind the bush, he finds his brother hunched over.

His eyes lit up in happiness as he sees his older brother safe and sound, his eyes clear up. "Y-You scared me!" Yet he still whines.

"Tae tae, look," Seokjin points to a worn out shoebox, and two pairs of crystal clear ocean eyes. Taehyung crouches down beside Seokjin, his mouth hanging open in awe.

Two kittens, both black and white. One kitten was all black with two white paws, and the other was all white with one black paw and one black spot that covers it's whole left eye.

"... They're so small," Taehyung mumbles, as he watches Seokjin bring his finger to one of the kittens. The kitten purrs and licks his finger.

"... I bet they're hungry," Seokjin nods, taking out his bright blue wallet from his pants. Taking out a couple of won and counting it out loud. "... This should be enough for a carton of milk from the store..."

"Where's their mommy?" Taehyung asks.

Seokjin grabs his backpack from Taehyung, and empties all it's content from inside. "... I don't think they have a mommy anymore, Tae..." He says, and Taehyung pouts. He hands Taehyung the light book he had in his backpack for him to hold, and he shoves everything else in his pockets.

"Can we be their mommy?"

Seokjin carefully grabs the shoebox and slips it into his backpack, making sure it's placed so the kittens wouldn't be harmed inside. "... As long as you don't tell our mommy, okay? We'll be in big trouble if she finds out." He zips up his backpack half way, and Taehyung giggles when the two kittens peek out from his backpack.

"We'll be their family then!" Taehyung nods furiously. Seokjin holds his hand out for Taehyung to hold, and Taehyung holds hands with his older brother. He clings close to him once again.

"Let's head to the store first and we'll go home," Seokjin says, and they began walking to the store nearby the park.

On the sidewalk, Taehyung with his other hand, pets one of the kittens' head. "... Can we name them?"

Seokjin nods. "What do you wanna name them?"

Taehyung purses his lips, looking down at the pavement, deep in thought. "... Hmm," Taehyung mutters, "... I wanna call the one with the white paws Momotan! You can name the other one!"

Seokjin smiles. "... Well since they're sisters, I'll call the other one Momoko!" He swings his hand with Taehyung's, "They're siblings like us!"

"If we're gonna be family, mommy can't know, and you have to take care of them too," Seokjin says, "... They're only babies."

"Promise me, okay?"

Taehyung holds out his picky, and Seokjin links it with his own.

"I promise!"

So, I've been experiencing a bit of back pain from writing or sitting for long periods of time and it's honestly kinda getting in the way of my writing.

Hence why I'm posting series of chapters separately at the moment so I can rest, but I promise you the book will be over in the next chapters, maybe this batch or the next.

When this book is over. I already have another Taekook book posted, so I can start working on the chapters right away. It's called Bad Attitude, and I've only posted two chapters as of right now.

Also, I've spent my whole entire spring break staying at home and writing on wattpad. I really appreciate you all reading all the chapters I've posted since break started.

Once I go back to school, I don't know if I'll do another hiatus again. It might just be a small once, and school is almost over anyways so I probably don't need to pull one at all.

I try to update everyday or a day after, and it sometimes causes me to fall into a writer's block not only in wattpad but in my school's english class as well (my english teacher understands completely though, he knows i'm a writer. He only knows I'm a writer, not a writer of making straight kpop guys go gay for each other. If he did I'd probably have to deactivate my wattpad... I don't want 'she's a gay kpop fanfic writer' on my
recommendation letter for english honors ok).

See y'all later in the next chapter.
