Chapter 25-Time’s Run Out
(Andy’s POV)
‘Take one step closer, and I’ll push her’ CeCe threatens as Beth’s fragile life dangles over the side of a building. She has no sense of her surroundings or what’s going on at all. Ryan looks terrified and shocked at the same time. We both didn’t realise what CeCe was really capable of but it scared us so much.
‘Please, CeCe… don’t hurt her’ I order.
‘Too late. I already brutally punched her repeatedly and ripped out her life support causing her to have a fit. I want her dead, don’t you understand that?’
‘Why, CeCe’ Ryan asks.
‘Because it’s obvious, Ryan.’
‘How?’ he replies.
‘I don’t need to answer that, Ryan. You know the answer.’ She spits.
She pushes Beth closer to the edge and my heart sinks.
All of a sudden , security burst through the roof door and dart towards CeCe as she panics. All it took CeCe was a slight nudge… and Beth goes flying over the edge…
