Secrets revealed

School continued the same way for the next several weeks. Liam tried to talk to Rachel, but she refused to listen. He had really hurt her. Rachel had continued to self harm, and no one has found out yet.

Rachel's P.O.V
*Trigger Warning*
Today, school was worse than ever. The bullying is becoming physical instead of just mental. They have begun pushing me into lockers and throwing things at me. I'm sick of all the bullying, but most of all I'm sick of life. After I got home from school, I do like I always do and run up to my room and pull out my razor, but this time I am focused to dying. Before I start, I write a quick note to Hayes. "Dear Hayes, I just want you to know that this is not your fault. The hate and bullying finally got to me, and I'm sorry. Just know that I love you forever and always," I write tears spilling out of my eyes. I know this is selfish, but I just can't take it anymore. I lay the note on the sink  where I'm sure he'll find it. I raise the blade to my delicate wrist and press down hard, making a deep cut. I quickly make 3 more before sitting back and watching as the blood flows out of the freshly made cuts when  I hear the front door open.
"Rachel, I'm home," Hayes yells, and I hear footsteps walking up the steps.
"Are you in here?" he asks knocking on the door. I am to dizzy to answer so I stay silent except for my whimpers of pain. He begins to panic and starts banging on the door begging for me to open it. My vision becomes blotchy and blurry.
"This is finally my escape from this terrible world," I think to myself. Hayes breaks open the door and runs over to me. It seems like everything is going in slow motion. This is the last thing I remember before blacking out.
