Chapter 12-"no"

Blair's POV a month later

I still find it weird to wake up in my own apartment. I haven't heard from him in a month. But I still wear the engagement ring.

Amenadiel and maze hasn't heard from him either. Shit! It's 1:00pm already?! I get up and go for a shower. I'm now 20 weeks which means I'm halfway through my pregnancy now.

I get out the shower and get dressed.

I put a hand on my bump and rub it soothingly. I do my makeup and brushed my hair so it sat in its natural loose curls. I shove on my boots and my cardigan.

I clip on my holster and put my gun in it, I clip my badge on the other side of my jeans.

I eat my breakfast and head out. I lock the door and get the elevator down to the garage. I get in my car and drive to the precinct.

After I arrived I parked my car and got out, locking the car as I walk away into the precinct. I take off my sunglasses and put my phone in my pocket as I walk down the stairs.

I see Chloe she walks over to me and hugs me. "You heard from him yet?" She asks softly.

"Nope not a single thing" I say and the hugs me tighter then lets go. I smile at her and she smiled back at me.

We walk over to her desk and start talking about todays case until dan looked over to the stairs, which made me look and I wish I didn't.

Lucifer walks down with a girl his hand at the small of her back. He makes his way over to us and I stand next to dan.

"Who's this? Lucifer" she asks and he smiles at Chloe and says "meet Candy Morningstar".

I feel my heart break into a million small pieces. I walk away with tears in my eyes and go to 'Kane's ' office.

I smile and say "Marcus? Can I have a few days off I'm not feeling very well". He looks at me and sees the tears in my eyes. "Blair what's wrong?" He asks and I shake my head.

"I'll let decker tell you" I say "can I get a few off then?" He smiles and nods. "You can have a few weeks off Blair you deserve them. Anyways I can put it down as owed days off, so you'll still get payed".

I smile and hug Marcus. "Thanks" I say and he hugs me back softly and pulls away again and says "take care of our future lieutenant and yourself Blair".

I laugh and say "I will Marcus don't worry" and leave his office. I go say bye to Chloe, Ella and dan ignoring lucifer completely.

Until I walk towards the elevator and get in. Lucifer appears in front of me.
I press the parking lot floor so I wasn't having to walk too far. I take off his ring and give it to him.

"Can we talk about thi-" he says and i cut him off by Slapping him and saying "no" then storm out the elevator and up the stairs not even bothering to look back to see if he's ok.

I eventually get out the precinct and unlock my car and get back into it then clip in my seatbelt . As I put the key in to start the car lucifer walks out the door.

My eyes connect with his for a brief second and I turn the key, drop the handbrake, put my car in gear and got the fuck outta there.

As I drove skilfully back to my apartment garage and parked my car next to my other cars and bike. I get out and lock the car.

I go to the elevator and press my apartment floor. A few minutes later I get out the elevator and walk down the hall.

I unlock my door and go into my apartment and close the door. I throw my stuff onto the table and sit on the couch and turn on the radio and listen to music as the hours fly by.

I finish eating the dinner I made and sat and continued to listen to the radio. Until a song came on that reminded me of how he asked me to marry him.

' But I guarantee if I don't ask you to make me the happiest man on the world I'll regret it for the rest of my life' Lucifer gets down on one knee and pulls out a small box and opens it, he takes my left hand in his and says 'will you do me the honours of becoming Mrs Morningstar?'

And the promises he made.

'I promise that I'll never lie to you and I'll always tell you the truth. I promise to love you and care for tit and never to hurt you. I promise to stand by your side through everything and never walk away. I promise you my heart, my soul, my life, my everything. I promise my house is now yours And most of all I promise to love you until the end of time no matter what my dad throws our way'

It angered me because this was meant to be our song for our first dance on our wedding day. I start crying, because of my anger halfway through the song at the lyrics that hit me hard.

"Run away with my heart
Run away with my hope
Run away with my love
I know now, just quite how
My life and love might still go on
In your heart, in your mind, I'll stay with you for all of time"

I sat down with my back against my wall and started crying even louder. Until I felt someone's arms wrap me in a hug.

I look up to see Amenadiel and maze has her arms around me. I wrap my arms around her and continue to cry until I can't anymore.

I wipe my tears with the tissues amenadiel gave me before he went to talk some sense in his brother and kick his ass.

I'm currently in my bed laying with maze trying so hard not to fall asleep, "Blair go to sleep, you need some rest. I'll be right here when you wake up tomorrow".

As maze finished her sentence I felt my self fade into the darkness. Known as sleep.
