I drove home as fast as I could and searched through my closet for something suitable to wear. Did I really have a date with this complete stranger? Well... Not completely. Don't forget to play hard to get! I throw some clothes around until I narrow it down to a green skirt and white shirt tucked in and pink sweater with whit knee legnth shorts. I choose the shorts and sweater. I put my light brown hair in a side ponytail, and apply a light layer of make-up. I look at myself in the mirror for about 5 minutes deciding on whether I look good or not. Whatever, he's a stranger. A really cute stranger, "Shut up!" I yell at myself quietly. I walk into the kitchen, and see my brother, Dame, on the couch in the living room, I go and sit with him.

"You look nice." He says, and I smile, hoping he doesn't ask why. "What's the occasion?" He asks.

"I have a... Date." I don't expect him to laugh, but he does. Hysterically. "Yeah, laugh it up, your little sister got a date with a cute boy!" I throw my arms in the air, and stand up, going for my keys since Beau doesn't know where I live.

"That's not it! It's just that you don't look like you're very excited. Who's the lucky guy?" He calls from the living room. I smile to myself.

"His name's Beau Brooks." I look at my brother. I live with him and not my parents because there's more freedom. And, he's legal age. I'm only 18, and can't pay bills, so we live in a cute little house in Austraillia.

"Wait, like, from the Janoskians?" He asks, and I look at him funny.

"Janoskians?" I ask, "Who are they?" He looks at me with wide eyes. "What, I don't know!"

"You know, uh, Beau, Luke, James, and a few others?" I look at him confused he knows their names.

"Wait, you know them?" I ask.

"From YouTube!" He says, scrollign through his phone. He shows me one of their videos, and I feel really stupid I didn't notice before. Stupid!

"I gotta go," I say to Dame and leave the house, getting into my white car. I'm going on a date with Beau, and thousands of other girls love him. I think it'd be best if I act like none of the YouTube videos exist. I pull up to the coffee shop Beau told me to meet him at. It's really fancy. I'm starving, so I buy a few cookies and chew them. I'm half an hour early, and about 15 minutes later, Beau shows up. I wave to his and take a sip of my coffee. He sits down beside me, smiling.

"Hey," he says, checking me out. I blush. I smile at him and pick at my nails. "What do you wanna do?" I shrug, "You're fun!" He laughs, and I nod.

"Maybe this wasn't such a good idea..." I say, getting up, he grabs my wrist.

"Stay, please!" He begs with his eyes, I can't seem to take my eyes away, he guides me back to my seat. "Just, don't go. It took a lot of guts to ask you out, and your eyes are just so hard to take in." I'm a bit confused, they're almost the same shade as his. I stay quiet. "Well, I'll get a coffee and we can go somewhere." I nod, and he gets his coffee. We're pretty close to a beach so we just walk there and start talking. "So, what do you do for fun?" He asks me, and takes my hand in his. I don't resist. My brain is getting pretty annoying.

"I'm currently learning how to play ukulele." I reply after a few seconds. "What about you?" I look up at him, and he spills his coffee on his sweater. I laugh out loud, and eventually it hurts. I collapse to the ground laughing, but pick myself up. Carefully steadying my coffee.

"Glad you think that was funny!" I laugh harder and spill some coffee of my own on my foot. I yelp, and my foot starts to throb. "Oh my gosh! Are you okay?" He asks, picking my up wedding style.

I laugh nervously, "Yeah, I'm fine," I look down at my foot, there's a red spot on my foot. "Hurts like you wouldn't believe, though!" He raises an eyebrow.

"I just got it all over me, too, you know." I remember and start laughing more. "I'm glad I danced behind you, earlier." I look at him, the sunset looks nice on his face. Did I just say that? Stop it!

  "I'm not!" I laugh.

"Why not? You got to meet me!" He smiles and sets me on the ground. I sit in the sand and look out at the sunset.

"Because, I met you! And my brain keeps talking to me, and saying things that I want to deny, but then you go and look super sexy in the lights and it makes me go crazy." I blurt, and then regret I did. "Well, I'm frustrated we met, but then, my brain says that it was one of the most amazing things that has ever happened." He laughs. "What?"

"That's not your brain!" He says. I look at him, confused. He leans into my ear. "That's your heart." He whispers. Chills go up my spine.

"Shut up, heart..." I whisper. Beau leans over a bit and kisses me on the cheek. I look out into the sea, and notice a boat, and all of a sudden fireworks go off. I don't know if I'm imagining it or what's going on, because Beau doesn't say anything.

"Come on, I'll walk you back to your car." He stands up and holds out his hand. I get up, but he doesn't let go. "Just so you know, you're the only girl I've ever had to try and get becuase of the guys. They like you, I like you, you seem to like me one second, but then you don't. It's sad. But I love it." He winks, and I blush.

Once we're back to my car, I stall outside, and without saying a word, he tips my head up and leans down, pressing his lips against mine. I don't jerk back, in fact, I go with my instincts and kiss him right back. He gives me his number and it's all I think about the whole way home.
