  *Jai's POV*

  Luke, Tanner, Elli and I are just laying on the front lawn looking at the clouds over head, talking and watching the light start to fade when the front door slams shut. "Don't talk to me!" Elli stis straight up to Lila's angry voice and Luke, Tanner and I follow shortly after.

  "Lila! It's not like that! Babe, please!" Beau calls after her and shuts the door because she slammed it in his face I assume. Lila's storming down the driveway trying to get away from him and elli stands up to go to her best friend.

  "Why didn't you tell me?! This relationship wouldn't have happened if I knew!" She screams. It's dead silent as everyone stops moving, shocked. I think everyone's staring at Beau who has an extremely hurt look plastered on his face. He must have done it this time. Still quiet I look over at Lila who has tears streaming down her face. Elli stopped walking when Lila said that and everything looks like it's been frozen. Beau takes a step backwards. "Beau, please..." Lila says, walking forward and Beau turns around, walking inside. Lila runs back up the driveway and leans against the door, now being slammed in her face. She sobs and slides down the door frame.

  Elli takes weary steps towards her and I decide to join her. I walk up to the hugging friends and kneel down beside them. "He'll get over it." I say to Lila.

  "But I won't. Those words hurt." She says between breaths.

  "I'm sorry, Li." Elli says and I look up at the door. I go inside and try to find Beau. I find him in our room on his bed.

  "Beau, Lila's freaking out out there." I say and he rubs at his eyes. Has he been crying? I study his eyes and see the red rims.

  "I'm freaking out in here." He says and a tear goes down his cheek. He wipes it away and covers his face. Very manly, Beau. I walk over and sit on the bed beside him carefully. "I accidently told her I don't like Dame."

  "Ouch..." I say, thinking about how close Lila and her brother are.

  He lets out a breath and looks at me. "I don't think she's going to forgive me." He says and I shake my head.

  "No, she will."

  "Then why did she sy what she said out there?" He asks, voice cracking.

  "Because she's pissed." I say. "She's hurting out there because of what she said to you. I don't think she meant it. You know how nice Lila is to everyone." I say and he nods slowly. "So, she's going to forgive you.

  "Oh shit..." Beau and I look up to see Luke standing at the door. "Beau, Lila is freaking out... I've never seen her like this." He says, walking in all the way and sitting on the other side of Beau.

  "I know..." He says, rubbing at his eyes again. "We were also fighting in here for a good half hour..." He says, running his hand through his hair.

  "Yeah, she's pretty shaken up... And I don't mean to burst any bubbles but... Paris in 2 hours and we need to finish getting ready..." Luke says. Which reminds me I need to pack.

  "Just go... I need to think." Beau says and Luke looks at me. I stand up and Luke follows me out of the room. We go to my room and we're packing my stuff when Elli taps on the door.

  "Hey, babe." I say quietly and she walks over smiling. She's so beautiful... "How's Lila?" I ask.

  "Her and Beau are talking now, so let's hope for the best..." She says, picking a white shirt from my dresser putting it in my suitcase. I smile at her and she looks at the ground.

  "Something wrong?" I ask and take her hand in mine.

  "I hate seeing Lila cry... Beau's supposed to be the one making her happy, but he's all she cries about lately..." She says sadly. Elli's never really been upset while we've been dating, and I don't like this. I pull her into my arms.
