Chapter 13
Elliot slammed the door hard and started speed walking down the hall. Echos of growls and bangs came loudly from my dorm. I smacked reapetedly at Elliot's arm trying to get free from his steel like grasp. He looked down at me despret worry in his eyes.
"ELLIOT LET ME GO!" I screamed angrily at him, he complied putting me lightly on my feet and sighing. I started walking back towards my room and was tugged back harshly.
"What are you doing?" He asked me exasperatedly, I snorted and frowned coldly at him.
"My brother is in there Elliot!" My words matched my expression. An evil smile crept onto his face as he looked darkly at me.
"Good maybe that wolf will rip that hybrid scum to peices." He said, by this point he was no longer loooking at me but passed me. I scowled and slammed my foot firmly onto the ground.
"How dare you? None of this would be happening right now if you hadn't been an asshole and said what you said!" A wave of anger took over and made my face contort. " Just because Lee isn't like you doesnt mean you can treat him like trash Elliot!" I said with a venom filled tone. His eye's changed instantly, I knew he was angry but this was his fault.
"Somthings not right with him Darcy, cant you see that I was just trying to protect you?!" His face was menacing. almost scary but I held my ground.
"Bullshit! you were protecting your pride Elliot!" I turned and looked over my shoulder " dont bother following me, i'd rather deal with wolves than you right now." His eye's echoed faint waves of hurt and worry. I turned to look straight ahead and ran as fast as I could for my door. I could hear faint sounds of banging coming from somewhere in the back before a menacing growl sounded through the door, I knew they were in the living room now. I burst through the door, slamming it behind me as I ran for Lee and David. As I entered the room, I stopped with a skid a huge brown wolf stood with teeth barred at a smaller black wolf across the room. The black wolf wasnt normal though not like how you would picture a wolf. No, this wolf was standing on two legs, his eyes were completely shaded with glowing blue color. I felt the fear creep up my back as the hairs stood up on my body. I let out an unintentional gasp and both wolves focused their attention to me. They were both growling and turned to face me, teeth barred. I stepped back and they mimicked until I was pressed up against the wall completely terrified. The larger of the two wolves snarled loudly, I looked around frantically before catching my eyes on the other wolfs eyes. One tear escaped my eye and dripped down to my cheek quietly. I kept my eyes glued to the black wolf hoping that my death would go by quickly. Thats when I realized the wolfs features had changed, he was no longer growling; nor showing his teeth to me. He looked blankley at me his hand like claws hanging limply at his sides. From my periferal vision I could see that the brown wolf was now stanced and was preparing to pounce. I let out a small whimper and watched in fear as the brown wolf lept at me. I slid down the wall and grabbed my knees closing my eyes and preparing for death. A loud whimper sound throughout the room before coarse fir textured more like human hair grazed against my arm. My eyes flashed open to see the brown wolf knocked out on the ground and the black wolf hunching over in front of me. I let out a shaky breath and turned to the wolf who was currently panting, I reached out and touched its back lightly. I could hear a soft growl before it turned and looked at me. The eyes were no longer blue but a black midnight color. I let out a gasp and pulled the wolfs face into my shaking palms, brave I know.
