"Liam! Slow down or I'll fall!"

Liam's grasp on my hand was firm as he pulled me down the street towards my flat. I couldn't tell, but I think he was more dry than I was.

"I won't let you fall," the pedrestrian sign changed to green and we ran quickly across the street.

I was about to open the door to the lobby of my building, but Liam pulled me out into the pouring rain. He and I were the only ones on the sidewalk, it was raining so bad.

"I think you're cheating."

"It's not cheating when we're both losing," his face was dangerously close to mine.

"But I'm wetter than you."

"That's what she said."

I didn't have time to laugh because right then, his full pink lips crashed onto mine. I didn't have time to react either, because as soon as his face was there, it was gone and he had my hand again, leading me into the building. Did he just kiss me?

I know my doorman wanted to give me an evil glare for dripping water all over the floor. Liam punched the elevator button and the door immediately opened. I stood next to him in the elevator, shivering. My hair was still up, but strands were sticking out all over the place and a few were stuck to my forehead.

It seemed like the most awkward and long elevator ride ever. I felt like I could breathe whenever the doors opened. Liam followed behind me to my apartment and I fumbled around in my purse for my key. My brain was mush and my lips had a faint tingle.

I walked in and set my stuff down, turning to face Liam as he closed the door.

"What just happened outside?" I questioned.

"I...um...kissed you. I'm so sorry. I really should've asked first," I stepped closer, but he didn't seem to notice, "Or shouldn't have done anything because I know you don't think of me-"

I stopped him by pulling his face down to meet mine. He tensed up at first, but then breathed out and brought my hips close and kissed back. Beads of water from his hair rolled down my hands and I pulled away.

"You don't have to apologize."

Liam's mouth was back on mine and his grip tightened on my waist and pushed me towards the wall. I felt his tongue slide against my lower lip, but I didn't let him in. His lips left mine and moved to my jawline, leaving a trail of hot butterfly kisses all the way to my neck; my eyes shut tight. He began slightly sucking my soft skin and I tried to bite back a moan, but it partically came out. I felt him smirk against my neck and he stopped, leaving the places where his mouth made contact with skin prickle. His lips hovered over mine, barely brushing my skin and I tried to move in, but he tilted his head ever so slightly so I ended up kissing the corner of his mouth.

"Not fair," I breathed.

His voice was rough, "Doesn't have to be."

His mouth went back to mine, his hands locking behind the back of my knees. He pulled me up onto his waist, my face bent down to reach his. He carried me around the couch, down my hall, and to my room. He let me down on the neatly made bed and crawled on top of me. Once again, I felt his hot tongue slip against my lip, but still denied him.

My hands were pressed against his soaked shirt. I slowly sat up and rolled over on top of him then tore my lips away from his and slid them over to his jawline. He groaned when I sucked on the skin right behind the corner of his jaw. His head moved out of my reach and he flipped me over, his body pressed hard against mine. Unbareable pangs of electricity shot up my body from where his hand slid on my inner thigh and I let out another soft moan. He kissed me one last time, soft at first, then with more emotion. I reacted the same way and when he pulled away, our breath was like we had been underwater for longer than our lungs could manage.
