The Silence... (TomTord)

≪『Tom』≫

Dang it, why did I have to wake up at like, who knows what time in the morning. I turned to get more comfortable in bed, that didn't help much. It just made me more uncomfortable, I stared at the wall for a bit. My eyelids felt a little heavy, as I was just about to go to sleep. I heard a muffled whimper, probably just some animal who wants attention. I closed my eyes fully, I heard another muffled whimper, slightly louder than before though. I furrowed my eyebrows, that animal must really want attention.

There was another whimper, even louder than the last two times put together. "You know what, if it's goal was to get me up, it has successfully done so.." I got up from my bed. I grabbed my blanket and put it over my shoulder. I walked over to my door and heard another one, but even louder. I opened the door and heard another one, coming from down the hallway. I followed the sound, that was, until I heard another quiet whimper. Coming from Tord's room. The fuck does he have in there, that keeps making those whimpers?

I opened the door to his room, I immediately noticed a red blob curled into a ball in the back of the room. I heard almost silent sobbing, and mumbles of "I'm so s-sorry.." or "I-It was m-my fault..". I could barely make out most of the other things they said, because they were choking on their own tears. I noticed something moving around behind them, wait is that a tail!? It had a heart shape at the end of it, it kept twitching back and forth.

You hurt them... I could barely see because of how long I had been crying. "I-I know.." How could you! You hurt Edd, Matt, and especially Tom! I felt my tail twitch and hit the back of my leg, I whimpered again. "I-I'm s-sorry.." Oh really, your sorry? I couldn't possibly think less of you! I curled more into a ball than before "B-But.." No, No buts, you should of never been given another chance. Like damn, how many times will it take for them to know your untrustworthy?

I buried my face into my legs, "I can be trusted, I swear.." No, no you can't. I mean look at you, if you weren't such a high class demon you would of been claimed by so many other demons. I heard floor boards creaking slightly, "I k-know.." You would be their bitch, they would enjoy a toy like you. I smiled "They probably would, wouldn't they.. Feminine body, quiet voice.." I noticed a faint silver glow on the ground "Glowing silver eyes.." Your a disgusting freak of all demons!

I smiled, my tears fell even faster now "Thank you.. I needed to be reminded of that.." That your a freak, of nature itself? Oh, your very welcome. I felt something, more like someone, gently nudge at my side with their foot. I whimpered and curled up even more, "I know your awake.." Tom.. I hid my face in my legs, curling my legs even closer to my body. I felt an arm wrap under my knees and around on my upper back. I felt like I wasn't touching the ground anymore, I put my hands up to cover my face.

I felt my tail wrap around the arm that was under my knees. His arm didn't even flinch, he continued carrying me. I noticed it get brighter, I felt something shift around under my thigh. I opened my eyes to be greeted by pure black ones. I sniffled, I looked around and noticed that we were in the kitchen. He was sitting on the counter, with me sitting on his legs. I chuckled and rubbed my eyes with my palm "So, when did I fall asleep?". Tom tilted his head "Do I need to pinch you?" I chuckled, "No, I'd rather think this is a dream..".

I put my head on his chest and listened to his heart, it sped up slightly. I wrapped my arms around him, his heart sped up more. I felt him put his arms around my waist, I tensed up slightly. I put my face into the crook of his neck, he froze. I mumbled "Can I sleep with you tonight.. I don't want to stay in the silence..". I heard him sigh "One time.." I felt his arms move down under my thighs. I wrapped my legs around his waist, along with putting my arms around his neck. I closed my eyes and listened to his breathing as he walked.

I felt his arms move, I felt him tip over as well, wait.. I opened one of my eyes, I noticed Tom above me. His face was tinted a red color, "C-Could ya let go?.." I shook my head. "No.. Your warm.." He sighed, "Could you at least move your legs, so I don't crush them.." I uncrossed my legs. Making me fall on the bed, I felt him push my legs to the side. He climbed onto the bed and laid down facing me. We stayed silent, to silent.. I pushed my face into his chest, listening to his heartbeat start to quicken.

I felt his arm gently go over my waist, I purred quietly. His heartbeat started to go faster, I heard him gulp. He started silently humming, my eyelids felt like they were getting heavy. I made my grip around his neck loosen, he kept humming. I soon fell asleep, but before I did I heard "G'night love.." must of been my mind tricking me..

Bonus~

I woke up because of some sunlight shining on my face. I tiredly opened one of my eyes and looked around. I started panicking slightly because I didn't know where I was. I suddenly realized there was something heavy on my waist. I looked down to be met with a blue hoodie sleeve, I followed it up and saw Tom. I pushed my face into his chest and curled up slightly. I felt myself suddenly get pulled closer by the waist. Wait.. Is he hugging me is his sleep?! I purred and closed my eyes and went back to sleep to the sound of his breathing and heartbeat.

Yup.. I think I love this little bastard..
