Chapter 5 : The Answer's in Her Eyes

  Izan's POV

    " Come on Soneya, I want to show you something! " I cheered like a  child.

    I took her hand and pulled her in front of me and covers her eyes,

    " Izan, what are you doing?" She giggled as she placed her hands on top of mine

    " You'll See! "

    We walked through the village, past the training arena, and into the forset. 

    " Izan seriously, where are you taking me? " She asked but still had that smile of her's.

    " What... you don't trust me? I'm so hurt... " I dramatically ackted hurt.

    She giggled as continued to let me lead her until we got there, we stoped and I started to giggle.

    " Are we here? " She asked

    " Yep! " I cheered

  Soneya's POV

    He slowly removed his hands reveling a field of wild flowers surrounded by tall trees, I keeled and down and held a blue flower in my hand. I looked back at Izan, he was smiling down at me. I jumped into his arms and he started to swing me around, until he fell back with me still in his arms. We both laughed like we were little kids again, and I rolled off of him and laid next to him in the field staring at the beautiful blue sky.

    " Do you like it...? " He asked

    " I love it! It's perfect! " I smiled at him.

    " Just like you... " He gave me a smile, with a light blush across his face.

    He sat up and looked back at me with a rather serious expression,

    " Soneya.... I need to know.... " His voice was a little shacky.

    " What is it Izan? " I asked when sitting up next to him.

    He looked at the ground and started to tremble, " D-Did.... Did he kiss you....? "

   Izan's POV

     She didn't respon, I looked at her and saw she was holding her arm and looking at the ground.

    " He did! " My voice went deeper, as my blood boiled from agure.

    How Dare He Even Touch My Soneya! High Priest Or Not! He Doesn't Get To Do Whatever He Wants! I looked over at Soneya then held her close to me, she started to cry into my chest her soft little crys.

    " Don't worry Soneya... I won't let him touch you ever again... " I calmed her down by stroking her silky brown hair.

    Once she calmed down and I wiped the saltwater tears from her beautiful face, she gave me a smile and hugged me once more. When she released from the hug she then looked at me, " Izan... can I ask you something? "

    Oh no she has those eyes! Those beautiful ocean blue eyes or her's... I gulped, " S-Sure! " I managed to spit out.

    " Why did you say that I was your's to Zane? "
   
   Oh You Stupid! Ugh, Why Did I Have To Say That!?! " Uh... Uh W-well ya see... I - I " Ah Man You Look Like An Idiot Right Now, Why Am I So Nerves? Why Can't I Just Tell Her!?

    " Izan... are you okay? You're getting really sweaty. " She giggled at the last part of her sentence.

    I was still stuttering and panicking I tried to change the subject but nothing worked, I couldn't talk or think of a way out of this.

    " If you don't want to tell me... that's fine, I was just wondering... " She looked away from me and stared at the sun getting ready to go down.

    " Son- "

    " I have to be going, it's getting close to sun down anyways... " She started to get up, but I grabbed her wrist.

    She sat back down and looked at me with concern, I took a deep breath and looked at her in the eyes.

    " Soneya... I need to ask you something that's Really important. "

    " What is it Izan? " She asked

    " Wil- I was wondering if you'd li- "

    No matter if I tried to look away i always found my gaze fall back on her eyes, she looked confuse onto why I was acting like this.

    " Uh! Mikela Said This Would Be So Easy!! " I shouted grabbed a clump of my hair.

    " What are you talking about? " She giggled becuase of my outburst.

    " He Said It Would Be So Easy For Me To Ask You Out But It's Not! Everytime I'm Around You My Heart Beats Rapidly, And My Brain Can't Function!! " I started to tear up but yet I still had a smile, I guess I found it funny how I'm messing everything up. My thoughts were cut off by Soneya grabbing my hand, she had a smile with a dust of pink across her face.

    " Yes.... " She stated

    " Wait... what? " I was genuinely confused.

    She laughed at my reaction, " You just asked me out ya dork! "

   " Wait, I did? " I thought for a moment, " I did. " I face palmed myself.

    I laughed at myself as a bright fruit punch blush spread over my face, I squeezed her hand and started to shack. She laughed with me, and hugged me. I hugged her back, we've always hugged eachother... but this one is diffrent. We released from our hug and looked into each other's eyes, I knew when she said yes.... she meant it.
