Eun-woo's POV

Pacing back and forth in the bathroom I impatiently waited for Sanha to walk in. I was in desperate need of his advice, ever since what Y/N had said to me in homeroom. It worried me. Why was she so mad?

When he entered I sighed in relief,

"Finally!"

"What do you want Eunwoo? I missing very important notes right now !" Sanha said annoyed

"Listen I need your advice. Ever since breakfast Y/N has been mad at me and I have no idea why!" I said frantically

"Well um, let's backtrack. So you guys obviously walked to school together so she was okay then. So maybe something you did or said when she called you to her breakfast table." Sanha suggested

"Maybe but I didn't really say much. Jennie just wanted Vernon to sit with us and I told them Lisa couldn't sit with us." Eunwoo said in deep thought

"Anything else?" He asked

"I also asked for Joy to sit with us ..." as I said it I knew my mistake.

"There it is. She's mad you wanted Joy to sit with us." Sanha said proudly he solved the mystery.

"No no no no no! I was asking for Moonbin I promise! Not for me, I have zero interest in Joy!" I said

Sanha put his hand on my shoulder, "although that's relieving to hear, you're telling the wrong person, and she's not here in the Boys bathroom." Sanha said looking around, "well at least I hope not."

I removed his hand off of my shoulder, "let's go" I said sadly

How was I going to tell Y/N that I asked for Joy to sit with us for a friend if she was avoiding me?!

I walked into the classroom and looked at Y/N she was deep into her studying. I figured that I'd just tell her the big misunderstanding at the lockers before lunch.

At the lockers, right before lunch, I tried to find Y/N but she was quick to lunch. I was worried about what would happen at lunch. As I was walking to the lunchroom Moonbin came behind me and asked,

"Hey, is Joy going to sit with us?"

"Yeah," I said with no expression on my face

"Thank you so much," he said as he walked ahead of me into the cafeteria.

Suddenly, Jennie appeared beside me shortly after, startling me.

"So he's the one who wanted Joy to sit at our table?!" She asked shocked

"Yes! And I've been trying to tell her all day but I haven't had the chance!" As he said that an idea popped into his head, "maybe you could tell her for me ?" I said making puppy eyes at Jennie

"Awwww." Jennie said, "Oh and by the way I'm imagining Rocky's face on yours but anyways you have to tell her yourself, and you have to do it fast or this lunch is going to get really awkward for you two." She said

"I know ... well, where is she ?" I asked

"Right over there," she said pointing to Y/N sitting at the table alone

I instantly walked towards her and sat down. We made eye contact and I smiled but she just looked down at her tray. I sat beside her but before I could say anything Joy joined us at the table, then it was Lisa, Sanha, Rocky, Jennie, and before you knew it the whole Girls and Boys Volleyball team was sitting at the table having fun and socializing with each other except for Y/N and me.

"I'm gonna go," Y/N said as she stood up from the food and threw her untouched food away. I buried my hands in my face.

The rest of the day Y/N and I hadn't seen each other in school, so I was looking forward to finally be able to explain myself in practice.

When my team arrived, the Girls coach wasn't there which made us confused. Speaking for her coach in his absence Y/N said,

"In our coach's absence, he says he'd like for the team captain of the Boys Volleyball team to lead a practice with the Girls team and for me to run a practice with the Boys team." She looked up with no expression. "What are you guys waiting for? Christmas? Switch lines already!"

Shocked the two teams switched sides,
"Boys team follow me to the other side of the gym, we'll put the curtain so we have no distractions." She said as she turned around and walked to the other side.

I could hear Jennie whispering to my teammates,

"She's not in a good mood, prepare for the worst practice of your life ."

My teammates groaned, and Sanha mouthed to me,
"This is all your fault"

And it was all my fault.

After practice in the Boys locker room, my teammates looked as if they had been run over by trains over and over. Some were drinking water like crazy, catching their breath, and one freshman was even crying.

"Was it that bad ?" I asked everyone

"Yes!" Sanha said speaking for everyone who was out of breathing. "It was more than bad it was torture! You need to fix this! And you need to do it quickly because there's no way I'm surviving that a second time!" Sanha exclaimed

"I know. I know. I'm gonna make things right. I promise ." I said
