My head rested in the crevice of his shoulders. The slight summer wind ruffled his hair and messed it up even more than it already was. It was beautiful summer day today. The sky was bright blue with fluffy white clouds and there was a fresh breeze. I straightened and he looked at me.
"I want to ask you something." He said while making aimless shapes whith his fingers on my knee.
"What?" I asked in confusion.
He stayed quiet for a while as if looking out to the scenery.
His hands slowly reached up and grabbed the edge of his glasses. My heart did a little tumble. It made me think I had never seen his eyes. He pulled them off and my breath got caught.
"What colour are my eyes?"
I didn't answer. The wind rushed loudly in my ears.
"Hazel." he said again. "What colour are my eyes?"
"T-They're hazel."
