Robbi POV

Jhosephina and I looked at each other. Her eyes were as big as saucers. "can we leave now?" she asked "you can, but I'm gonna stay and see what they're up to." I said. jhosephina took a few steps back then walked up to me again. "friends don't abandon friends." she said I smiled. I turned back to the corner of the alley and peeked around it. I was face to face with a snake.

I stepped back and bumped into jhosephina, who fell down and then I tripped over her. The three snakes loomed

over us. One spit something that looked like acid toward us. I dodged it and it landed on jhosephina's face. "Aaaggg!!!" she said. she rubbed her eyes.

I have no idea what she saw, but she took one look at the snakes and said "chicken and gingerbread people!!!" But I had no time to be confused. "what sssshould we do with them?" one asked. "you could hypnotize themmm to think they're pigs!" another one said "no...." a red snake said "we are few in number and we could use some more warriors."

He opened his mouth to reveal a pair of fangs dripping with venom. we both screamed as loud as we could. we both did NOT want to become snakes. I heard a shuffle of feet and someone say. "not... so fast!" wow what a horrible comeback. "really?" Another voice said " well I couldn't come up with something on the fly." the first voice said. "you could've said 'time to burn' or ' jump on this fire rod!" the second voice said. I wanted to faceplam so badly. how embarrassing.
