The stowaway

Robbi POV

"This will be your guy's room." jay said opening a door. the inside wasn't much, there was two bunk beds with chests at the foot of the beds for our things. "It isn't a lot but it's a roof over your head." jay said as we filled the room, inspecting it.

"Thanks but do you have a car or something I can use to go get my things from my house?" I asked looking at jay. His face lightened up. "I have a jet!" He said happily.

He grabbed his golden nunchucks and we walked outside. "hold on." he said I wrapped my arms around his waist and he jumped off the ship "WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?!?! YOUR GONNA GET US KILLED!!!'' I screamed over the howl of the wind. there was a blast of light and all of the sudden I was in a jet. "You were saying?" jay said with a smirk. "Shut up." I said rolling my eyes.

He flew me to my house and I decided not to use the front door I decided to get in my room using the ladder escape. I hopped out and climbed in my window. I grabbed my duffel bag and tore through my dresser for clothes. i stuffed them in the bag. "you won't need that." jay said sticking his head inside the window.

"why?" I asked "cause if your living with us, you'll get a few ninja gis." jay answered . "oh." I said putting the clothes back in the dresser, but leaving a blue hoodie a blue shirt and some jean shorts for the days I don't wear gis. "So have you lived in ninjago your entire life?" jay asked. "yeah I guess as long as I can remember." I said packing a little bag with some things from my room a picture of my family, a poster, a soccer ball and a few other things.

Jay pulled his head back outside. "this is some view." he said. Gazing at the sun setting over ninjago. I stepped out and looked at the sun set. I breathed in the cool nights air. I could feel his eyes looking at me, but I didn't dare look. After a long awkward silence he said "ready to go?" I nodded "let me get my bag." I said stepping in my room.

I picked up my duffel bag and the other small bag, I looked around one more time at my room when I heard footsteps and my mother humming. crap, crap! I jumped out my window. "we need to leave, now." I said to jay. he nodded and made his jet. I climbed in, and as we flew away I imaged how my family would like It better without me. a tear slid down my cheek.

We got back to the ship which I heard Zane call 'the bounty' in a matter of minutes. when we got there I had found out that Zane and Kai took jhosephina and aris to get there stuff.

I plopped both bags on the floor and I was about to leave when I heard a soft "ow."

I stopped in my tracks and turned around. my eyes widened, my duffel bag was squirming. I unzipped it and got water in my face. I rubbed my eyes and saw Thomas siting in my bag with a cowboy hat and two squirt guns. "Thomas? what are you doing here?" I said picking Thomas up and setting him on my bed.

"I saw you were leaving with a guy and I thought it was Peter Pan, and..... I wanted to go to neverland." Thomas said. he's Been obsessed with that movie for a while. Jay opened the door. "hey Robbi do you..." he looked at Thomas. "want to explain to me this is?" he said pointing to Thomas.

Thomas's face filled with delight. "Peter pan!" he said bounding up to jay and giving him a hug. jay looked surprised, confused, and happy all at the same time. " a stowaway." I said ripping Thomas from jay. "and my brother." I said looking at Thomas.

Cole walked in and was about to say something when Thomas screamed and hid behind me. "CAPTIN HOOK!!!!" he said almost in tears. "What the-" cole said raising an eyebrow. "long story, don't ask." I said peeling Thomas from my back.

"What's all the noise going on in..." Kai said walking in. "who's the kid?!?!?" he said. "is that James?" Thomas said peeking around from my back. kai was speechless. Zane stuck his head into the door. "Michael!" Thomas said jumping up and down with delight. "guys this is my brother. Thomas." I said pushing my brother in front of me.

"I can explain why he's here, but please just let him stay. for a little while? my parents don't care for either one if us." I said taking his hand in mine. cole sighed "I have to ask sensei ." he said leaving. Kai and Zane left after cole. jay was the only one who remained. "did you want to tell me something?" I asked him.

"No i... never mind." He said leaving. "why is Peter sad?" Thomas said full of concern. "look Thomas, if your gonna live here you have to be on your best behavior, ok?" I said. he nodded.

We walked up on deck. "woah! I didn't know Peter Pan had a flying ship!" Thomas said running to the edge but before he could get there I grabbed his shirt and pulled him over to me. "stay away from the edges ok?" I said. he nodded.

I took him to sensei Wu. when we got there Cole was talking to sensei but as we came in cole left. "Woah! it's smee! the old dude!" Thomas said pulling at my shirt. I blushed a deep red. "thomas adam!" I scolded. "I am so sorry sensei, he's four." I said blushing harder.

Sensei laughed, "it is quite alright, of course he can stay. it will be a good addition to the family." sensei Wu said standing up. "come now, we must eat to build our strength."sensei took us to a little room that had a table inside . Thomas, sensei and I sat down and waited for the ninja.

Kai arrived first with Cole not far behind,then nya, then aris and jhosephina and last jay. he sat down next to me. we patiently waited for Zane to bring the food, and there was a low chatter. "ah, I love it when it's Zane's night to cook." jay said with delight. "I didn't hear any complaints on my duck chowder last night." cole said proudly. Kai laughed "because it glued our mouths shut! did you actually think jay was speechless all dinner?" Kai said with a chuckle. "yeah," jay crossed his arms "don't make that again."

I chuckled. "dinner is served!" Zane said bringing out a ginormous cooked turkey. but what he was wearing made us laugh uncontrollably. he was wearing a pink frilly apron. everyone tried to stifle a laugh but it got out.

Zane frowned "what is so funny?" Zane asked obviously not getting it.

"Zane, I'm pretty sure I can speak for

all the girls when I say this. but not even we would wear that!" nya said almost crying. all the girls except jhosephina shook their heads.

"If you think that's not funny, how bout this?' I said hurling a plate if shrimp across the table at Kai. it hit him in the face and the plate slowly squirmed down his face. "it is on!" He sad grinning and throwing more food at me. everyone joined in except for jhosephina and Zane. even sensei!

Zane left and went outside, jhosephina soon left, followed by me. Jhosephina looked at Zane running away, following what seemed to be a bird. She sighed in disappointment. "go after him." I said. she turned and looked at me. "what?!? I wouldn't know what to say. and I don't even look that good!" she said pulling at her clothes.

"Well..." I said taking off her glasses and wiping them on my shirt. "I don't think I've ever seen two people that have been so perfect for each other. And when you find him tell him the truth and be yourself." I said handing back her glasses. "Thanks Robbi." she said with a smile. "wish me luck!" she said running down the path. "good luck?" I shouted after her with a laugh.
