Jay POV:

We landed and Zane asked where they were. I was going to respond but then we heard a scream coming from an alley a few blocks away. we all ran to the alley and Kai made the worst comeback ever! seriously I could do better and I'm not even that good at come backs!

While cole and Kai were arguing two of the snakes picked the two girls up over their shoulders and starts to run away. "hey guys! they're getting away!" I said beginning to sprint toward the snakes. I wasn't going to let the snakes get away with this!

I ran as hard as I could, and eventually was close enough to one of the snakes. I tackled it and grabbed the girl in my arms. the snake layer on the ground for a moment then got up and ran away. "Zane! get the other girl!" I said to Zane. he nodded and threw his Shurikens at the snake's feet. it instantly froze and the snake dropped the girl. she would've hit the ground but Zane picked her up in his arms and put her down on her feet.

I put the girl down, and now that I got a good look at her I realized she was really beautiful. I mean seriously not just pretty, beautiful. She has short brown curly hair, and these electrifying green eyes! and wow she has a lot of freckles!

"Hey are you ok?" I asked her. she didn't answer right away but she eventually said "w- who are you?"
I was going to answer but the other girl jumped in front of her and said "how about the coolest thing I've ever seen!" She had choppy auburn hair and glasses, she wore a black skirt and a tie dye shirt.

I grinned "saving people is what we do." I said putting my hands on my hips. Cole crossed his arms and I could tell be was smiling. The girl with glasses said " I'm Jhosephina and this is..." jhosephina said turning around where the other girl was. "she was just..." jhosephina said looking around.
