As I walk towards the first years I start to observe. I am only acquainted with Tatsuya so the rest are completely new to me, therefore, I just observe the small details for a bit. Then I call them to me. "Okay. Considering I don't know you guys, I want each of you to introduce yourselves. I'm sure you all don't know each other that well anyways. Add your favorite color as well to the mix. " I nod at Tatsuya to start. "My name is Tatsuya Shiba and my favorite color is white." (Pretend his hair is really dark navy blue)

"Very well," I state. "Nice to meet all of you. As all of you know, my name is Tetsuya Kuroko. Now that I know everyone by name, I want to give you some pointers on improvements that you should make. I'll start with Tatsuya once again. As I told you before, you're too reckless. You may enjoy it now, but it will hit you hard later on when we're facing extremely strong opponents. Trust is also an issue, but it's something that developes over time. That applies to all of you. Also, work on your speed. As someone who specializes as a power foward, lacking speed is not an option. What will you do when you won't have neither Aomine or I to make up for it? Got what I'm trying to convey? Next, Raeden. You'll make an excellent point guard in the near future, but I feel like you lack team trust and compatibility the most. As point guard, it's important to be able to know each other and trust each other so well, that you can convey plans to the team with a glance or two. Another thing I must add is that you must, and I mean MUST, be entirely confident in your shots. You lack the confidence in your shots that I once did, and that means a lot as someone who couldn't accurately shoot a badket until somewhat recently. The team counts on the point guard more than you realize. Masaki, I admire your skill as a center. Your rebounds are no joke. Try to specialize in a specific form of rebound though. It cam be a combination of the ones you're most comfortable, but it has to be uniquely yours. It makes it harder to counter this way. Haru, you're quite similar to Hyuga-senpai. Because of this, I want you to become more comfortable with your shots. If you were to be in a tense situation you wouldn't be able to make any of them. Hyuga-senpai had that problem until recently so having caught it early, It will greatly improve your plays. Finally Makoto, great defense. Make sure to tighten it and expand your horizon on different defenses to use in different situations. It'll strengthen the core of your defense. That's all I have for now. Does anyone have any questions? Feel free to ask me anytime in you do. Keep practicing. Don't forget that these improvements are critical to your success as a player. Now, disperse." The first years walk back to the court to practice. Their heads are full and thoughtful expressions fill their faces. Afterall, I thought that telling them exactly what to do would inpair their ability to improve themselves without the help of others. I turn to see Aomine laying on the stage. I head up to join him, wishing that we did this more often.
