I stood at front of Zak's door, rage coursing through my veins as I tried to work out a plan of action. But my body decided against the wait as I found myself knocking,

Zak opened the door a few minutes later with a smile, before it fell.

"Katy. He–"

"Save me the bullshit." I spoke pushing my way in through the gap of the door. Zak had no choice but to allow me in as I looked around.

"Is everything okay?" He asks.

"Oh you tell me?" I reply folding my arms across my chest.

"Umm. Yeah?"

I scoff "Of course you'd say that. Where is she?!"

Zak's face paled slightly "You've been watching the house? Why? What for?"

I was too worked up to give him a reply and began storming my way through the house to look for the leggy woman with the perfect curls.

As I slammed doors closed behind me, I heard movement upstairs.

"It's not what you think.." He spoke placing himself over the staircase.

"Then what's going on?"

"I–"

"You've been back since Tuesday and you've not sent me a single text or called me? I find out from Billy who's been around today and now I find you here with a woman?!"

Zak's eyes shifted "What the hell did Billy say?"

"Nothing that hasn't been true! If you want to call it quits then do it to my god damn face!"

He frowns "Babe, that's not why I haven't called you. I've been busy."

"With her? Fucking her?"

"So you suspect that I'm cheating too?" He asks folding his arms.

"Wouldn't be the first time." I bit before closing my eyes... "I'm sorry that was uncalled for."

"You think I haven't learnt my lesson about messing women around? Messing you around?"

"Why is she here then? Who is she?" I push.

"Just a friend. You don't trust me." He points.

I look away from him, it seems as if it's my fault, I'm the one with the problem and he's all innocent. But I didn't do anything wrong.

"Whatever. Now I'm here I'm just letting you know I have someone coming over later.. Not that you care." I spin and head for the door.

"What? Who?" He asks. His voice trailing behind me.

"I'll see you around or something." I answered trying to remain cool about having my heart pulverised.

"Katy-" I was spun around when he grabbed my arm.

"Who's coming to your place? Is it a guy?" He asks, the flick of jealously filling his face.

"He's just a friend."

"Then who the hell is he?" He asks a little harder.

I had him....

"There." I point in his chest. "Feel that, that's jealousy, that is mistrust, that is anger and upset. That is how I'm feeling, right now! And all you're doing is making out I'm the one with a problem. You're hiding something from me, you have been avoiding me, you didn't even tell Billy I was suppose to be moving in. No he finds out when he comes to my apartment!"

"You're angry. So the chat didn't go well?"

"What the hell do you think?" I growl.

He sighs. "Are you serious? About the guy coming over?"
