Ashley's P.O.V
Today is the first of five days we have to get moving for the war.
I got out of bed and went to my bathroom. I took a quick shower and put on Jean shorts with studs, a lose black tank top that says "I'm bitchy and mean" with black converse and a tight black tank top under the lose one. I put my hair in a pony tail and put on my black and white bandana on top of my head.
I put my phone in my back pocket and walked down stairs into the kitchen. I saw Lilly and Anna in there eating bacon.
"No bacon for me?" I pouted
They laughed and Anna took a plate from behind her back. The plate was full of bacon.
I smiled and grabbed the plate. I started to devour the bacon.
I looked at the clock on the wall and saw that it was ten passed two. I groaned and dragged Anna an Lilly out the door.
We we're waiting at the pack house for Aston and Jeffery's warriors. Soon a lot of sleek navy blue cars came to the gates. I smiled and nodded my head to the men in charge of the gates to let them pass.
The cars pulled up into the parking lot and they all came out. The man that was the Alpha was in the middle of a big group of men. When the were in front of me the Alpha moved the men. I smiled and ran towards him.
"Jeffery!" I screamed
He laughed and twirled me around and soon put me down. The packs were staring at us like we were crazy. Anna looked at him then came closer to us.
"Is this Jeffery the guy that was your dance partner?" Anna asked
Jeffery and me nodded. Anna smiled and stuck out her hand.
"I'm Anna, the Red Moons pack strongest women fighter and Alpha Ashley's best friend." she spoke with pride.
I smiled and Jeffery grabbed her hand. Anna pulled her hand back and so did Jeffery. I looked between the two of them. I grabbed Jeffery's ear and Anna's arm and led them to my office.
"What the hell was that guys?" I asked
They both looked at each other.
Anna was looking down at her lap twirling a piece of her hair in between her fingertips. Jeffery was just looking at his watch or staring at his shoes.
"Wait.....YOU TWO ARE MATES!" I screamed.
Anna quickly put her hand over my mouth while Jeffery was looking at his watch.
"Why are you two hiding this from the packs?" I questioned
"Because I have an arranged marriage with another pack." Jeffery stated
"I don't want to leave you Ash." Anna replied
"You two are the worst fucking liars in history." I said
Anna and Jeffery gave me sheepish smiles in return.
"What ever Aston's about to be here in about 20 seconds so we should get back to the porch." I suggested
They both nodded and followed me out the door. We walked out of my house and saw another set of black mustangs come in from the gate.
I smiled and stood with Ruby, and Lilly. The cars came closer and soon parked in a neat row. The people that opened the doors of the sleek black Mustangs there were male and females. I have already sent 7 year old April to a good friends house. Her name is Shirley, she's an old lady now. She was a manger for Us.
