a new girl joins the team right as everything is falling apart. Will she pull the team together or will they turn her world upside down.
When we get into our hotel room all of us girls go straight to our suitcases looking for an outfit to wear to dinner. I pondered over two dresses before finally picking a black dress with ties and a buttons at the top, I paired it with a pair of Steve Madden black ankle wrap heels and a purse from Henri bendel (shown above). I wait for Candice to get out of the bathroom and then I head in to do my hair and makeup. I plug in my straightener and being doing my foundation and concealer while waiting for the straightener to heat up. I finish my makeup and then section my hair off and being straightening it out, I put it in a half up half down and spray some Rock Your Hair spray all over it. It took about 45 minutes for all of us girls to get ready and we sat around on our phones until the parents came to our rooms and told us it was time to go.
"Who's ready for Cheesecake Factory!" Parker says excitedly as we all load into the rental bus.
We all sit around and laugh as she continues to do weird stuff. Finally her mom tells her to settle down and she sits back and starts scrolls through her phone I decided to check Instagram and see if any drama was going on and of course there was something about the ALDC on instagram I scroll through all the fan pages reposting the picture until I come to the original post

I immediately realized what this meant and I was so shocked. Kalani, Nia, And Kendall wouldn't be competing with the ALDC this weekend. Which meant that I would most definitely be going up against Maddie or Brynn because Abby always gives them solos when the girls walk out. I begin thinking about all the things that could happen at the competition, what if Maddie beats me and I get second place, what if the other girls are competing some place else and they beat us. If that's the case that means that we have even more to worry about in the competition. I finally turn my phone off as we are arriving to Cheesecake Factory and I get excited just like the rest of the girls. Because of dance we hardly get a chance to eat out some place as nice as Cheesecake Factory so we were all pretty happy about it.
"I can smell the cheesecake!" Kaylee says as we open the door and walk into the waiting area for the restaurant.
Surprisingly it wasn't that many people there and it was only a five minute wait for our table of 14. The waitress had to push three large tables together in order for us to all be able to sit together but in the end it worked. The waitress left the menus with us and allowed us to look over them for a a few minutes. For my drink I got the Cheesecake Factory special lemonade, and the shrimp scampi for dinner. Our waitress came back around 5 minutes later and took all of our orders into the kitchen. We all sat and laughed and chatted for the time being because we knew it would take a while for 14 peoples food to come. I suddenly had to go to the bathroom so I got up and grabbed my purse and phone and told my mom where I was going before finding the bathroom in the right side of the restaurant. As I was walking out I noticed a brunette girl who looked awfully familiar, as I turned to get a better look at her I noticed a lipstick fall out of her purse and I went to pick it up and give it to her but she was out of the door. I ran after her like a maniac trying to give her lipstick back and also find out who she was and why she looked so familiar. I finally saw her as she turned a corner and I followed behind her until I came a table almost as big as ours with three teenage girls and three moms. There sitting in front of me was Kalani, Nia, And Kendall with their moms having dinner, I didn't notice the other woman sitting with them but as I looked closer I realized it was Debbie Allen and that's when I put two and two together. I watched as Kendall took her seat and I realized she was the girl I saw in the bathroom and that's why she looked so familiar. Without thinking I walked over to the table and tapped on Kendall's shoulder only to have all 7 of the people look at me like I was some crazy and obsessed fan.
"Hi um you left your lipstick in the bathroom and I tried to give it back but you walked out to fast." I say in a shy voice as I noticed how annoyed all the girls and their moms looked.
When they finally realized what I was there for they relaxed a little bit and Kendall smiled at me.
"Oh my god thank you so much I would have been so upset if I lost this." She replied to me in a relived tone and I instantly felt a little better.
I nodded my head and walked away not wanting to be in the awkward situation any longer. By the time I used the bathroom and came back to my table the food was there and everyone was eating. When I got to the table everyone was wondering why I took so long, my mom even gave me the "did you have to poop" look and I felt my cheeks heat up from embarrassment. I started at my food for a few seconds until finally Yasmine nudged me to see if I was okay. I didn't know how to tell them what I find out and what happened so I just sat there confused. Until finally my mom asked me what happened I explained to her that I went to the bathroom and saw a girl drop her lipstick and I went to give it back but then I noticed that it was Kendall and she was there with Nia Kalani their moms and Debbie Allen. They all looked at me with confused face and didn't realize why I looked so lost until Parker spoke up and asked why I was so scared.
"Because their competing against us this weekend...with Debby Allen." I say to the clearly confused party.
