I had been visiting Good neighbor as often as I could but then I got sick. Just a cold but I hated it. I was stuck in diamond city. I groan and sat on my sofa sneezing.

"Hey (Y/n)! Someones here to see you!" MacCready yelled. I looked over to see a guy in a long black coat and a gasmask.

"You know Im not that sick." I say. He chuckled and I knew that chuckle anywhere. "What are you doing here Hancock?" I asked. He took off the gasmask and came over. He sat next to me and I go over and cuddle into him.

"Aww miss me sunshine?" He asked. I hum as I close my eyes, listening to his heart beat. I smiled but sneezed again. I go t a tissue and blew my noise. He chuckled and I glare at him. "Aww are you mad at me now?" He asked. I laid down with my head on his lap. "Its only a cold sunshine. You'll get better soon." I felt his hand run through my hair and I sighed happily. I closed my eyes as Hancock played with my hair. I smiled holding my blanket over me.

"Do you need anything (Y/n)?" I looked over to MacCready.

"Can I have some food?" I asked. He nodded and walked to our kitchen. I sat up and Hancock sat me up, so I was leaning agents him. I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder. MacCready came out and put a small plate of tatos and a little bit of melon in front of me. I ate them quietly and drank the water he got me.

"I got to run out for about an hour. Can you watch her?" Hancock nodded and my brother left quickly. I relaxed into Hancock when a wave of sickness ran through me. I shot up and ran to the bathroom and threw up everything I had eaten. My hair was pulled back and I felt a hand rubbing my back, making me throw up again. When I was finished I sat there and Hancock looked down at me. He came over and cupped my face but I couldn't even think straight. He frowned and touched my head.

"You got a pretty bad temperature (Y/n)." He said. I cough and he frowned. He scooped me up and took me up to my room. He sat next to my bed and laid me down. I wince and looked to Hancock. He looked worried. He walked out but quickly came back with a rag. He put it to my head and I realized it was socked in cold water. I shiver but he kept it on my head. I glanced up at Hancock and saw the worry and fear in his eyes.

"I'm fine." I mumble.

"No youre not." He growled. "Get some rest." I shook my head and moved over. He smiled softly and laid next to me and held me close to him. "Now will you please sleep?" I smiled and nodded. I cuddled into him. I felt relaxed and I slowly fell asleep.

I woke up and looked over to see Hancock gone. I slowly get up and looked around to find a quickly wrote note.

-I had to go before someone found out I was here. I'll see you soon sunshine I promise. Hancock.

I couldn't help but smile a little. I looked around and saw Hancock's long black coat. He must have forgotten it. I slip out of bed and put it on. I smiled as I wrapped myself up in it to keep warm. He's too big. I smiled and walked down stairs. As soon as I'm better I'm going to see him.
