Fuck my entire ass.

I hate lazy days. With a burning passion. I, Kim Seokjin, am bored out of my mind! As a private investigator, it's important to always be busy with a case. But since I was unable to solve that case, I haven't had a real case in ages. At this point, if an old lady lost her cat, I would take it. But so far not once this week has my faithful assistant Jeon Jungkook followed a distressed client in the room, making notes as I gently question them. Nope. Not once.

I heard the sound of my door click open, I flipped my feet off my desk, in an attempt to assume a more professional demeanor. My heart pounded as I saw Jungkook peep his head in.

"Sorry to intrude Hyung, but Namjoon is on the phone again," Jungkook said.

"Tell my ex to kindly fuck off, Jungkook," I responded dryly, settling back into my chair, replacing my feet on the desk, kicking off my shoes.

"He says he has a case, sir," Jungkook said, opening the door a little wider.

I practically leaped out of my seat.

"Well, why didn't you say so!" I shouted in excitement, startling him a little. I scrambled to put my shoes on again.

"He says it's a small case though," Jungkook responded surprised, handing me my leather jacket, and putting his own on as well. "I didn't know if you wanted it."

"Kook-ah, I'm not usually bored out my entire mind!" l exclaimed.

Jungkook had never met Namjoon, only heard my stories. But considering my ex's work, it was safe to say the Jungkook was a little nervous about meeting him.

Once reaching Namjoon's house, I greeted him warmly. Thank God for his piddly problems.

"There's my favourite drug lord!" I said, opening my arms for a wide handshake. Grinning from ear to ear.

Since our incident, I have forgiven him. But I'm not ready to get back together. Yet.

"Jin-baby!" He said, accepting my handshake. I playfully slapped his shoulder.

"Namjoon-ah, there's a child present," I said jokingly, Jungkook pouted and Namjoon laughed.

"Jin-hyung, I didn't want to give too many details over the phone, I hope you understand," He said, also grinning.

"Completely, so talk Joonie, what happened," I said, he blushed at the pet name.

"Well I had a break-in and it resulted in some supplies being stolen." He was momentarily interrupted by a well-dressed woman handing him a folder. "Thank you, Noona." He sent her a dimply smile before returning to me. Flirt. "As I was saying, the perpetrator stole 30% of all my stock. This," He held up the folder. "Is the damage report, it contains everything, including a lack of finger and footprints" He handed the folder to Jungkook. "we did, however, manage to find a small strand of light brown hair, no follicle so we can't check for DNA, which sucks."

Jungkook put the folder under his arm, and took out a notepad, and began jotting our conversation down.

"So when did it happened, and how did you know?" I questioned, my professional side completely taking over.

"This morning." Namjoon said, "and I know because my entire office is torn to shreds, after careful investigation, my staff relayed the numbers of my loss to me."
