Nicollete, Adeline, and I all walked through the castle to the room where our dressmaker was. She hade made many dresses for me to try to find the perfect one for my wedding. Adeline and Nicollete sat excitedly in some chairs as I changed into the first one.
"What do you think?" I asked, walking out. They both gave it a thumbs up as I turned for them to see the dress.
"What about this one?" I asked. "100% yes!" Nicollete said and Adeline nodded in agreement.
I showed them the next one, along with the others, they adored it.
This went on and on, dress after dress. We loved all of them.
But then, I put on one dress and I couldn't hold back my smile. I was getting married. This was the dress. I knew it. I could picture James telling me I looked beautiful. This was it.I came out to show them and almost started crying. I never understood why people cry at wedding dress fittings, but now I knew. "This is the one, isn't it?" Adeline said. I nodded. Our dress fitter put a veil and crown on my head. My sisters cheered and we all smiled. I was really getting married.
