'NO!' Tony yelled. 'PETER!' he watched as Peter remained lifeless in his arms. 'Come on kid...Come on! Wake up! Don't leave me... Come on!'

One hour earlier...

Peter was on the school bus, on what seemed like a normal Wednesday morning, until he noticed a weird reflection on his phone. Something circular was in the distance. He turned to look through the window and sure enough, a circular thing was hovering above Queens.

He poked Ned and gestured it, 'It's a spaceship.' Ned whispered excitedly as his face lit up.

'I know that. I need a distraction'

'WE ARE ALL GONNA DIE!' he yelled, all the students in the bus looked at him. He pointed to the spaceship. 'There is a spaceship' All the students got up and went to the back of the bus to get a better view, as the bus kept moving.

With the entire bus distracted Peter opened his schoolbag and grabbed his web shooters. He swiftly slapped them on, now with new upgraded technology from Tony they went on in just over a second.

He shot a web and opened the emergency exit, and jumped out, then swiftly shot a web on the edge of the bridge and swung towards the spaceship.

Peter quickly ducked into an alley way and put on his Spider-man suit, before continuing to run towards the spaceship.

How can I get up there? he thought, then he saw a tall building, which looked a bit taller then the spaceship.

Perfect. he thought.

He climbed the building and when we was at the top took a 'leap of fate' and attempted to shoot a web onto the spaceship. The web just made it. He crawled on the outside of the spacecraft, then felt it shake. Peter then realised, the spaceship was taking off.

Holding on as tight as he could, he braced himself, he didn't know how fast the ship could go.

As the spacecraft went higher and higher, the air got thinner and thinner.

Peter gasped for air. His suit had every possible feature... except oxygen.

He pulled his mask off, but he still couldn't breathe.

Eventually he began feeling really faint, there was no use, despite all his efforts as the spaceship went higher, it became harder to breathe. He tried one last, weak attempt...

His eyes rolled back and he slowly lost his grip of the ship, then he was falling, unconscious, back down to the ground.

Then something caught him, it was Tony. He had flown to the ship and caught Peter.

'Come on kid...'

Within a matter of seconds Tony was on the ground holding Peter's unconcious body, standing with him were Bruce Banner, Doctor Strange and Wong. All of them shared the same worried and frightful look, as they saw Peter pale and blue, laying motionless.

'NO! Come on kid...' Tony yelled. 'PETER!' he watched as Peter remained lifeless in his arms. 'Come on kid...Come on! Wake up! Don't leave me... Come on!'

'Karen, activate his defibrillators, NOW'

'Please step away as I activate the defibrilators'

Tears welled in Tony's eyes as he watched Peter remained unresponsive. Karen continued to increase the voltage, but was unsuccessful in reviving Peter.

'No... come on... Peter...'

Bruce couldn't bring himself to watch, he ran his fingers through his hair as he distanced himself from the scene.

'Come on Peter!'

After multiple tries, Karen finally spoke 'Mr Stark...It is my regret to inform you that-that Peter Parker is deceased'

'NOOOOOOO!' he cried. 'NO! He can't be...please, can't I do anything? Please, please, let there be something...'

'Unfortunately there isn't anything I can do.'

Tony shook his head in disbelief. 'No... he can't be gone... he can't be'

He picked up Peter's lifeless body, 'I'm so sorry...I'm so sorry. I couldn't do anything, I wasn't there for you when you needed me. I wasn't the dad you deserved, you deserved so much better then me...I failed you Peter, I'm so so sorry...'

Doctor Strange knelt down next to Tony. He didn't know what to say. He saw Tony, who was like a dad, crying over his 18 year old son's body. Not being able to save him, and never getting the chance to say goodbye...

Out of the corner of his eye Tony saw the green glow of the time stone, through the eye of Agamotto.

He desperately turned to Doctor Strange, a face full of plea.

'Maybe we can save him.'

He looked at Tony, confused.

'How?'

'You-you said that can turn back time. We can go back and I can give Peter his Iron Spider suit-'

'-Didn't you say he rejected it?-' he interrupted.

'-I'll make sure he takes it. Then he won't die.'

'We can't.' Strange said simply.

'Why not! Come on Stephen! Please, it's my son!'

'You have to think about how it'll change everything else, not only his life!'

'May won't know he is Spider-man -uh- he'll live with me, he won't be on that bus, he-'

'-Your relationship won't be the same, three years of his life would change. Those three years you'll have to relive again.

'I will do anything if it meant Peter was alive'

'Tony, you're changing his life-'

'So he is alive. So he can live his life. Please Stephen... please...'

Eventually he obliged, 'F-Fine...' he said resiliently.
