Masky POV
I have too sleep, I thought as I watched the sun start to light up the previously dark room, I'd been up all night. Again. I picked up the papers I'd worked on and put them away, stood up and went out to the kitchen. Just as I reached for a cup I heard a loud thud, like someone fell, and someone yelling at them to "Shut up!".
It wasn't long before I heard footsteps running down the stairs.
"Don't run in the stairs!" I yelled as I poured some coffee into my cup. The footsteps run into the kitchen and...
My thoughts was interrupted by someone jumping onto my back, making me spill my coffee.
"Get the f*ck of my back, Rodgers!" I said as I tried to get him of my back.
"H-hey Masky! What's for breakfast?" He asked.
"How would I know? I asked as he jumped of my back and went to look in the freezer. He rummaged through it for awhile until he found something.
"'Hey Masky! L-look! I found w-waffles! You want some?" He asked with a smile.
"No thanks." I said, annoyed.
"Okay! I'll just make some for myself then!"
"Fine, but hurry up and don't be late to practice, we're going on a mission tomorrow and I hope you won't mess up the mission for the others, again." I said, turned my back to him and walked away.
Toby POV
I watched him walk out and felt the smile slip of my face.
Why do you have to be so annoying all the time?
Look, now he hates you.
Shut up! I thought, he doesn't hate me, he was just tired! Yeah, that's it, he was just tired, as always... I started to make a couple of waffles and poured some syrup on them. I took a bite but I guess I wasn't hungry so I just threw them away and went to get my hatchets, googles and mouth guard.
I walked down to the field we use for training where Masky waited for me.
"You're late." He said, his face hidden by that always present mask.
"But..."
"No "But", let's begin." He said and I attacked, I swung one of my hatchets towards his left arm but he blocked it instantly. How could I have been late when I didn't even eat anything? Why was he so annoyed with me, what did I do? I was just happy to see him, I didn't mean to be annoying. We continued to fight for a while before we took a paus.
"You have to move faster, it takes too much time to move your whole arm, you have to use your wrist more. If you continue like this you won't ever beat someone like me or Hoodie or even an idiot like Jeff."
"Hey!" I turned around to see Jeff walking towards us with his cut smile and white hoodie. "Who the hell are you calling an idiot? I bet I could beat you all in a fight."
"If you want to fight so much you can take over Tobys practice, I have more important work to do." Masky said and walked back to the mansion.
"Important work huh, more likes he's afraid of loosing to "an idiot" like me." Jeff joked with a smile, or a real one, as he was always smiling. "Wanna continue your training or just take a walk or something?"
"J-just a w-walk sounds nice, I'm tired of "m-moving faster" and "hitting harder" I sighed.
"Yeah, don't know how you do it."
"Do what?"
"How you can stand being in the same room as him, I'm pretty sure he hates you."
Masky POV
I walked back to the mansion, I had so much work to do before the mission tomorrow but I for some reason I wanted to go back there.
I passed a sleepy EJ in the kitchen with a jar of kidneys in his hand. Disgusting. BEN was playing video games in the living room and Sally was drawing by the window.
"Hoodie, get down here! We have work to do!" I yelled up the stairs. We had to plan the mission tomorrow.
Hope you like it so far =D
Will be a part two soon, probably in like 20 min cause it's finished and I just need to edit it xD
