Restless Wanderer

Restless wanderer, come back home to me
Come sit beneath the springtime, away from apostrophe
In the foothills of the Norland,
We will traipse so carefully
From your resting place in southern rain,
Where heat and sweat build bricks of wall,
And nothing stays the same.

Restless wanderer, don't tarry this life
As though it were one to leave,
Take my hand, let me guide, guiltlessly,
Just as the traveller begs me to be,
We will go into our home, rest and peace awaiting,
Our Garden sweet of snow-filled fruit, just so to make them ripe,
The snow will be our blanket, rebuking allegory strife.

Restless wanderer don’t fret, be free;
Restless traveller, carry Tarry in decree;
Plenty has been done to dive, deeper than memory.

Restless Traveller, fear not the world,
In every secondhand store, it is told
That angels and goblins corrupt this space
With fear and joy at an aging pace of destruction
