Playful kids run and scream joyously
Happily
No care in the world
Loving life
Along the paved black road.

A faint breeze blows
Shifting the air
And this room
Unlit by man, alive by the sun
It has already changed
The paved black road

It cannot reach here
Nor do I think it fair
For them to be out there
And I in here
Trapped
From the paved black road
