Chp.12

She says-
"He's okay sir,he just needs to rest up and you two can head out tomorrow "

I stand and nod,wiping my eyes"w-why about his leg?"
"He lost it,but I know a metal shop I'm sure they can make one for him-"
"What are you paying us."the older man said,crossing his arms with his hands covered in blood.i gulp"u-um,what do you want?"
"Gold stupid "he said"pa don't act like that"she says sternly
I got into my bag"how much?"
"All of it"he said angrily,I nod a bit hand hand him the small hand full I had into his hand"pa I can't believe you"she was upset"it's okay ma'am,I'm just glad he's okay.."
"Sleep on the loveseat,next morning I want you two out or I'm shooting one of you"he walks off
"He's kidding heh"she runs after him"PA"
I flinch at all the noise and lay down on the loveseat and look to the room he was in,thinking it was Thomas's room."night tommy.."I whisper and try to rest

-next morning-

I woke up early,yet didn't sleep that much,I walk quickly to Thomas's room and open the door,closing it behind me.
"Who's there?"someone said weakly
"Is that you tommy?"I ask in caution.
He lights a lantern on the nightstand,lighting up he room.
"Tommy!"I run to him and fall into his arms he held out for me"Your okay!"I exclaimed and started to cry again.he rubs my back"it's okay it's okay darlin-""IthoughtIlostyouinsosorry!"I say quickly and he kissed my forehead to calm me"I'm okay"he smiles.

He had a bandage on his head and his chest was half unbuttoned with bandages wrapped there with a bit of blood,I look down to his leg..
It was wrapped up and gone..up to his knee.i sniffle"I'm so sorry.."hiding my face in his chest"it's not your fault dear""you lost your leg cause of me!"
He pets my hair"dear,I'd give up so much more for you"I blush at his words
"I can pay for a new leg-"even though I was broke,I turn to think."it's alright,I can do it"
"But,let me at least do something for you-"I was desperate"Why do you feel that you need to repay me?"he raised an eyebrow "I-I "he stops me"just,give me a kiss,that's fine to me"I nod quickly and kiss him,he cups my cheek and pulls me close,I rap my arms tight around his neck."there,do you feel better?"
I look up"no"scooting closer"what do you feel you need to do?"
I think "I dunno but let's get going"he nods,I helped him get dressed in a clean pair of clothes,I set his bag on his shoulder,then put mine on.i place a hand on his back and help him up,he stumbles but gained balance,I rap an arm around his waist and he sets an arm around my shoulders.Yes.i know I'm shorter so this will be more difficult.but I'm not admitting it.we try to take a step,he hops a bit.slowly walking out quietly .i look back out the house,then at Thomas.he was focused on not falling.i set him down on a big rock "let me see your bag"he nods and hands it over .i look through it,I frown.i knew it,they were robbers."I'll be right back"I run off into the house before he can say anything.

~~~Thomas's POV ~~~

I sit and wait for Alex,I dunno what he was doing but I waited,I look in my bag "foods pretty low.."I say to myself,I'll have to tell Alex.i look to his bag,thinking it would be rude to look through it.i did.i grabbed it and looked through it"why does he have all the cool shit"he had a bunch of weapons and potions in here,not all the thins in there it jeez.
I set it down and wait again,humming.i looked at my nub of a leg.at least I don't have to complain about joint problems again.
Alex comes back and hurried me.i hopped quickly,curious of why he was rushing and what some of the noise was.we hid deep in a forest,he takes a breath.
"What happened?"
"I stabbed the dad.."my eyes widen"you what?!"
"He robbed us!what do you expect!"
I cool down"I didn't think you would do that"he shrugs and sets some stuff in his bag but keeps a map out"there's a blacksmith not far from here,we can go there to get your leg but it's a two day trip"I nod.i loved it when he planned or even stops to think for the slightest moment .he sits near me and sighs ,I can tell he's still tired"let's rest up"I pulled him onto my lap and hold him,I felt him blush"I love you"I say
"I love you too "he says as he cuddles,as if he was a baby bear"little teddy bear"I say with a smirk"shut up"he kisses my cheek,chuckle and kisses his lips,he bit my lip.
I blushes and he pulls away"I-I'm sorry I'm sorry!",I cover his mouth"it's okay,it's okay"I can't help but laugh a bit at his reaction,he pouts and punches my shoulder"stopppp"whining
"Go to bed,your adorable when your tired"he whines and starts to falling asleep,I close my eyes to have him think I'm sleeping.he falls asleep.
I plan on resting a few hours
