After the trio of flashy cars had left the mansion, Leela turned to the workers ans ushered them back to their stations. They had to make sure the place was functioning and clean for the return of Marcus. He didn't like his place being dirty.
She retreated to her room on the verge of tears. It was tiring. Not this job. The acting. She had to act like she was fully on Marcus's side. The camera was her first problem. If she cried in front of the camera Marcus would know something was up. She resolved to targeting Marcus.
Surely if he trusted her that she was on his side (and he did) then he wouldn't need cameras. So he disabled them. But he had a hidden camera behind her cupboard door. Secretly (well if you could call smashing it with a hanmer secretly) she destroyed it.
After a month she had realised that the only way to survive this monster was to act like she was on his side. She plotted the ways to get the three men to the mansion. She found out information about them that Marcus used for blackmail. All to save herself.
All to make sure he doesn't get rid of her.Now she wasn't sure what to do. Did she escape from his clutches? Or did she wait the rest of her life for him to release her? To preserve her life she chose the latter. Now all she had to do was wait for Marcus to return. And pick her up to put into place their plan.

*************It took three days. Three long, somewhat relaxing, days. When Leela finally heard George the security guard's voice that Marcus had returned her heart began to race. What was he going to do with her.
She decided to wait at the entrance holding a bottle of champagne (he liked to drink after a long trip) with two glasses. Perhaps his mood will lighten a bit.
To her surprise when Marcus opened up the door and set his eyes on her his face portrayed that of surprise. His eyes went wide and his arms went limp at their sides. His mouth opened to speak but somehow the words didn't come out.
He seemed to get some composure back and asked her with a weak voice "You're here? Why didn't you leave?"
Keeping her cover she smiled sweetly and replied with a flattering tone. "You brought me out of my miserable life and gave me a home. My life was changed forever thanks to you. I have too big a debt to pay. Plus I could never leave you"
As she said these words she moved closer to him. A sharp stench of sweat caused her nose to cringe.
Marcus smiled. (A good sign). "Wow Leela. Your loyalty to me is overwhelming. On to business. Tomorrow we leave for Switzerland. I'll tell you my master plan on the plane ride. After this we are going to be so famous.... we'll be infamous.

To be it plainly Leela had a sleepless night. Her mind kept on imagining images of mass destruction that the rover would bring. Genocide. Buildings collapsed. Cities flattened.
Thankfully the sun broke through her curtains just in time for her not to go completely mad. They had breakfast and drove their way to his private airstrip. There she saw a golden, sleek jet with two great engines that were humming with energy.
As they embarked on the plane Leela stood in awe. The couches were plush brown leather with pristine white cushions. There was a bar with a vending machine and everything. Very fancy.
"Sit down. Make yourself comfortable" Marcus said smoothly.
And she did. She felt ashamed for enjoying herself that much. She shouldn't take as much pleasure from this experience as she did. To take her mind away from the luxury she quickly asked a question...
"Marcus. What is your plan to use this rover that trio of guys created?"With a wry smile Marcus answered curtly "All in good time my dear. But I'll reveal the jist if my plan to you now. You see. Before I met the three I had made a contract with the American Army that involved selling my weapons to them in the event of war.
This got secured quite a few years ago but unfortunately there have been no wars for America to fight. So now I'm going to take matters into my own hands."
Leela moved back slightly and looked at her boss in horror. "You're going to start a war! For what, Marcus? A little bit of money!? You're insane!"
Marcus looked at her with a venom Leela had learned to withstand "How dare you question me. But, my dear, poor little Leela, I am not going to make a little bit of money. America generally go over the top with weapons. So they'll come running to me at the first gunshot. I'll make billions!" The venom had been replaced by pure greed.
Something still bugged Leela though
"Why do they need you? They have their nukes"Marcus replied, slightly irritated "Because Leela. They don't want to use their nuclear weapons. It will cause too much destruction. They won't want to cause that much destruction. All they want to do is flex their muscles a bit. They know that they're doing"
Still confused at Marcus's absurd logic Leela pressed on.
"Marcus. How do you plan on using this drone?"
With a quiet voice he spoke after a few seconds. "I'm going to assasinate the president of the United States of America. He will be at the UN buildings near the CERN headquarters attending the annual meeting"
Sensing the confusion from Leela he continued"The rover will have a North Korean sticker on it. I'll be there to film the whole speech, focusing on the rover all the time. I'll post it online and America will declare war on North Korea. But before they declare war they'll buy my weapons to get ready. "
Leela was somewhat impressed. For a madman who couldn't exactly function without her he sure made an amazing plan to make money.
"Hold on. If you're filming the rover..... who is going to drive it? Surely you can't do both."
At this he smiled with evil in his face "I have someone else for that. Someone you may well recognise."
He whistled softly. A tall figure walked out of the cockpit. He walked into the light. With horror Leela recognised him. It was Jase
