5- Reunited!

CHAPTER 5-- reunited!

CARL'S POV

Libby came out today, with all the others but all I cared about was that she was safe and didn't die from that illness. I ran up to her and kissed her straight away and she kissed back. I have missed this so much so I whisper to her, "I've missed you, come to our cell!" she looked surprised and followed me into our cell. As soon as she got in our cell she closed the cell door and smiled, I started to talk, " I wanted to tell you I love you and I've been so lonely without you! " she smiled and replied weakly "me too but I nearly died it..it....its lucky Hershel came in and saw me otherwise you wouldn't of had that heavenly kiss just then!" I looked down then looked back at her and she hugged me, I hugged her back. I grabbed her hand and smiled, I took her to the guard tower to see Andrea looking worried! "what's up?" I asked she just replied slowly, "I... I'm scared I want to be Ricks partner but he might say no!" I walked off leaving Libby to chat with Andrea I needed to chat with my dad!

"Dad come here I need to chat, important!" he looked at me weird and followed me into my cell. Andrea likes you and she wants to be your girlfriend, I have three questions for you, Firstly, Do you love Andrea?" he nodded smirking! "Secondly Are you going to ask her out?" he nodded smiling even more! "And finally how much do you love her?" he replied with "more than words can describe!" I smiled and he smiled back walking outside!

LIBBY'S POV

I got woken up by laughing and I realized I'd fell asleep in the guard tower but Andrea was gone so I looked out the window to see Rick and Andrea hugging then Rick said something but I couldn't hear him all I know is that they kissed on the lips and wouldn't stop until Carl cleared his throat! I climbed down from the guard tower and Rick asked, "How long have you been watching or up there?" I replied "I've been up there for quite a while but just woke up I fell asleep on Andrea!" he nodded and smiled at Andrea. It got kind of awkward so I ran into my cell! not soon after Carl came in and pulled me in to him at random, he kissed me so I kissed back, man this is what I missed the most. We stopped after hearing screaming from down in the next cell block and Carl looked at me worried! "STAY IN YOUR CELLS ME AND DARYL WILL GO CHECK IT OUT, WHATEVER HAPPENS DO NOT GO ANYWHERE!!!!!" Rick shouted as soon as we heard it I heard cell doors close and Rick closed ours and locked it with his keys! I looked at Carl worried and his face mirrored back at me, I fell into Carl's arms and gave him a big hug he hugged me back, "its going to be OK babe, my dads got this, he's with Daryl remember!" Carl whispered trying to calm me down, I cuddled more into him and he hugged back again!

RICK'S POV

MINUTE'S LATER.....

We were now running towards the screams, this unrecognisable scream kept echoing through my ears. When we finally got to the destination, we saw 3 people and a dead walker on the floor. "who are you?" I asked one of them. The one with the bean hat on said "We don't want any harm all we want is a stay at your place for a while." I thought for a second and finally said, "alright but I'm going to have to ask you three questions." He nodded as I began to speak, "how many walkers have you killed?" he replied with, "I don't know to be honest with ya I haven't kept track of it, all I know is dozens." I started to ask my second question, "how many people have you killed?" he looked down as he answered this one, "huh one.." I had to ask this last one because its most important for the groups safety. "why?" he looked back up at me and replied with, "because she was..... she was bit she told me.... she told me to shoot her in the head." He looked back down at the floor and carried on speaking,"she was my..... my wife I couldn't do it but I did..... its just so hard." I felt sorry for him and Daryl said "c'mon, guess your holding up here for a while." It was more like he snapped back at them but I ignored it.

LIBBY'S POV

Its been quite a while now since they have been gone, what if something had happened to them oh no, no no stop Libby think of good stuff. As I thought this Rick and Daryl came with 3 others, as soon as he unlocked our cell I stayed in there in case they were bad. Carl ran outside and hugged Rick as the new people were introducing themselves. And with my luck a man with a black bean hat on came in and he said "I'm sorry to bother you but I'm Tyreese, and you are....." I said, "I'm Libby now fuck off." I snapped at him a little. He ran out as Carl walked in and I hugged him and told him I love him. As I said this Andrea walked in and said, "Libby what was that all about we all heard it?" I replied with, "oh nothing its just that he looks scary so I told him to fuck off." she looked at me weird and said, " you young lady have a attitude just like Daryl Dixon! " I rolled my eyes and she walked off leaving me and Carl together. This was when I realised now was when I needed Carl the most and I had a feeling we were going to be together forever and this place is our home now.
