the third time:

Even though y/n and Peter have been dating for a little over seven months, he was falling more and more in love with her. He didn't think it was possible for him to, but he surely did. Every time he saw her, his smile got a bit wider, his chest filled with pride a little more, thinking, thats my girl.

And Peter would do anything to protect to protect his girl. So when the school got attacked one day, by vulture, Spiderman had to be there to save everybody. But how? Peter was Spiderman, and Spiderman was apparently a sophomore in high school, not this cool, ripped, thirty something adult everyone thinks he is.  

He is just a regular high-school kid, like the rest of them. Just with spider-like powers but none-the less, he is normal teen who happens to love science.

It all happened so fast, one moment everybody was in the school halls, complaining about the homework they had and talking about the drama between the football captain and his girlfriend, to sitting on the ground next to the lockers.

Y/n had no clue where Peter is, where Ned is, she has no clue who is behind the vulture mask. She is praying and hoping that someone is coming to save them. She kept fiddling with her watch, trying to send an alert to her dad, but as luck would have it, it breaks.

She can hear heavy footsteps coming down the hallway, y/n looks left and right for someone she recognizes, but she finds no one. Not a single recognizable face.

The girl sitting next her, is petrified, she recognizes her from chess club. The new kid, from Iowa. "Hey, um, Presley, right?" The small brunette looks up to y/n with tears running down her face, "Ye-yeah"

"It's going to be okay. Everything is going to be okay. someone will come for us." Y/n had her hand on the girls jaw, looking into her eyes. "It will be okay. Spider-man will come." Her eyebrows furrowed in confusion, and face crumpled up, "Who is spider-man?'

Y/n chuckled, "You'll see."

The vulture was standing in front of them, wings spread out, watching them like a lion hunting its prey. He knelt down to get eye to eye height, "You think, spider-ling will come and save you? he is just a boy." Y/n had no fear in her. She wasn't afraid. She wasn't going to let this, idiot, intimidate her and overpower her. She is a woman. Women have no fear of men. 

She looked directly into his eyes, jaw clenched, arms flexed, "You are nothing." She said as she didn't blink.

Within a second, the vultures arm was against her neck with her back against a cold locker, "Nobody is coming to save you. Not your dad, not your boyfriend, nobody."

How did he know who my dad is? Who Peter is?

He soon flew back against a wall, it was Spiderman. He came to save them.

After some sass from Peter, the vulture flew away, the police showed up fashionably late, y/n was sitting on the steps of the entrance to the school, talking to her dad on the phone, telling him everything that went down.

"Y/n!" She heard behind her. Her head snapped around, joy spreading all over her face, so happy to see Peter.

She sprang up to run towards Peter. He had a few small cuts on his arms and face, but other than he was okay. more okay than y/n.

Y/n had bruising on her neck, arms cut to pieces, figuratively of course, and her leggings torn from mid thing all the way down. Oh and her lip had quite the cut. Peter was infuriated. He touched his girl, he wasn't there in time to protect her.

Still on the phone with her dad, she gives him a hug he won't forget.

On the other end, Tony is unaware that Peter can probably hear him talking.

She wraps her arms around his neck, tears almost streaming down her face, she didn't know why she was crying, she knew he was okay, she knew he would come and save her, but why she was crying- she didn't know.

Peter too was crying. He was so happy that Y/n was okay. The thought of her being more hurt was unbearable.

But Peter would know that voice anywhere, thats Mr. Stark on the phone, why is y/n talking to Mr. Stark?

the fourth time:

after the school incident happened, everything went to shit. Peter became so protective over you, wanting to walk you to and from class, to and from school, he insisted on taking you to your apartment, but since that didn't really exist, you put your foot down saying that you can walk home by yourself.

but of course you dad was scared for you to. he even brought up the idea that you and tom break up, and tell him that you are a stark, but you would never ever break up with Peter, he doesn't deserve that.

but you were put on lockdown by your father. be home by sunset, always tell him where you are at all times. you could abide by tat rule, but the not seeing Peter thing, no no no, you had see him.

she had forgotten how horrid living at home was, vision was always walking through walls and scaring her, 'vision! we talked about this...'  'sorry miss Stark, it is just that you have a visitor,' thats weird, 'I will use the door this time.'

when you started walking towards the lab, you heard an all to familiar voice, Peter. Peter was here, a million thoughts started through y/n's head, did dad tell him? does he know now?

she was sitting on the stairs trying to listen to their conversation, there was no mention of you by either of them, okay this is a good sign, then they started to walk out of the lab, towards the stairs.

she had no other choice but to bolt, she ran up the stairs, when she finally turned the corner to get to her room, Peter spoke up, 'who's that?' he said, looking back at Tony, Tony knew it was you, 'oh, thats just a new recruit. no worries.'

it looked alot like y/n, 'can I meet her?' he said, mind overflowing with curiosity, 'oh no, she doesn't like new people. or, people in general, and she's deaf so, bummer.'

she was standing outside of her room, heavily breathing, when vision walked by, 'something wrong miss stark?' 'I hate you vision.'
