a/n: I felt like I put no effort into the last chapter, so im going to try my best with this one! also sorry this is kinda delayed, its been a busy last couple of days.

the sixth time:

y/n had a pretty good semester. besides all the times Peter almost found out she was a stark, sophomore year was going good so far.

school was out for the next three weeks on holiday break, and when Peter and may heard that y/n wasn't going anywhere for Christmas, they insisted on having her and her father over.

problem one: the father may and Peter heard of, didn't exist
problem two: they were very very hard to budge, they insisted on meeting him
problem three: could you fix this?

y/n was over at their house almost every day, and almost every time they asked when they would get to meet them. Peter was like a little kid, trying to convince his mom to buy him the iron man action figure he saw on the toy aisle. he wanted to meet the father of his second favorite girl, (with may being first of course) but the thing his, he already had, Peter just didn't know it.

'Peter, he doesn't like people, he barely likes me!' his lips curved into a frown when the words left her mouth, 'I dont see how anybody couldnt like you, you. are. ador-able.' he said in between kisses on y/n's cheek.

the two hadn't really kissed, like, made out yet. Peter wasn't really into that kinda stuff, he liked to show y/n how much he loved her, simply. he didn't want to smother her. but they were getting to that.

may had went out to have some time to her self, so that meant that Peter and y/n had the apartment to them selves for the afternoon.

'Peter wanna watch a movie?' she asked from the couch where she was laying, 'uhhh sure! which one?' she kept flipping through the dvd case on her lap, she came down to two decisions, Beetlejuice or steel magnolias. she thought Peter wouldn't want to watch steel magnolias, so thats what she picked.

'mmm, how bout steel magnolias?' Peter looked at her in disbelief, he somehow knew y/n would pick it. he let out a groan and moved his arms around, he was having a hissy fit.

'but whyyyy?' he now stood over the couch giving her puppy eyes, the ones she usually falls for. 'oh come on, its a good movie!'

after a few minutes of staring, Peter gave in. he always gave into her, I mean how could he say no to such a cute face?!

after he put the movie in, he stood in front of her, 'dude move,' she put her hand on his hip in order to move him the other direction, but it didn't work. 'either you move and make room, or I lay on you.'

her eyebrows furrowed together, as a reaction of what he just said, 'lay on me?' he crosses his arms over his chest, and nodded his head. 'yeah, whats it gonna be stark?

her cheeks turned six shades of red, her stomach began to tie sailors knots, 'stark? thats not my name' Peters eyes went dark, his cheeks turned the same color, 'oh-h, I- uhhh, haha, I dont kn-now-know why I said that' the look on y/n's face was un readable by Peter, but he knew he was trying to get a secret out of her.

'whatever, but I am not moving.' she sighed, Peter shrugged his shoulders and got on top of y/n, he was lighter than she thought he would be.

'Peter, can I ask something, just why. in the world, made you want to lay on me?' he propped his head on her breast bone to look up at y/n, though, it was hard to make eye contact, 'you looked comfortable'
