Harry rolled up his sleeves and tore open the box full of dishes. He waved his wand and the plates stacked themselves on the shelves and the cups sorted themselves into a cabinet. He continued to wave his wand as he organized the fresh, new kitchen.

The room was an open concept, the couches in the living room next to their dining room table. Light spilled from the large windows and the sounds from the people below drifted around the room.

Their little flat in Diagon Alley was just perfect. They had everything they would ever need and could remain in the magical world. It would definitely make it easier for Harry to visit Juliet on weekends during the school year.

Juliet walked in from the front door, two boxes floating behind her. She waved her hand and set them down, "What's in these boxes my love?"

Harry glanced over, "Those are my clothes. Just toss them in the bedroom."

Juliet snapped her fingers and the boxes made their way to the bedroom. She looked around the room as she rested her hands on her hips. Harry smiled at her.

"What're you thinking about?" he asked her.

"I just can't believe we're married and living on our own. I never thought it would happen."

Harry walked around the island and grabbed Juliet's hand. He pulled her towards the couch and sat her on his lap. They cuddled in silence as he ran his hand up and down her back.

"I'm excited to be married to you," Juliet murmured, "Don't worry about that, I just can't believe I would be so lucky to end up with a happily ever after."

Harry hugged her tightly, "Trust me Juli," he rubbed his nose against hers, then kissed her forehead, "I'm the lucky one."

Tap. Tap. Tap.

Juliet sighed for the tenth time as she peeked from behind the curtain of her hair. Jordan was annoyingly tapping his foot as they each worked on their paperwork. The scratching of the quill echoed throughout the otherwise quiet room.

"Must you be so loud Jordy," Juliet murmured irritatedly.

Jordan stopped tapping his foot and shot her an apologetic grin, "Sorry. Guess I've got a lot on my mind."

Juliet put her quill down, rolled the parchment and tied it with a red ribbon, "Do you want to talk about it? You're not normally this out of it."

"I don't know," he said hesitantly as he rubbed the back of his neck, "It's not something you can really help with."

"Try me," Juliet said.

Jordan chuckled nervously and rolled his chair closer to her side of the room. He fiddled with the sleeves of his robes, "There's this girl. Actually, she's the most amazing woman I've ever met. She's the only who understands me and can handle all my odd quirks."

Juliet listened quietly and thought hard, "So what's the problem? Have you tried talking to her?"

Jordan stared into her eyes, "She's married now and she loves her husband too much," he said quietly, "They were made for each other. I know that. I can't help but love her though."

Juliet gasped, "Oh Jordy," she said softly.

"I'm in love with you, Juliet, and I don't know what to do."

"Is that why you created that lotion for my burn marks?"

"Yes."

Juliet backed her chair away slightly, "This is insane Jordan," she said seriously, "We're work partners and I'm with Harry," she stood up and gripped the ends of her hair, "you shouldn't have feelings for someone like me."

Jordan stood up now, "I don't care that you're Lord Voldemort's daughter. I swear I'd look after you and protect you."

"I don't love you like that," Juliet insisted.

Jordan shook his head, "I can still change your mind."

"You said Harry and I are made for each other. Hold on to that Jordy. You and I will never work."

"Forget what I said."

"Jordy..."

Jordan cupped her cheeks and kissed her fiercely.

The door opened and a shocked Draco and Harry stood on the other side. Juliet immediately pulled away and promptly punched Jordan in the face. Jordan groaned as he collapsed to the floor.

Draco gulped, "Suppose we came at a good time then?"

Juliet shot Harry a guilty look, "I'm so sorry."

Harry raised his hands and shook his head, "Don't be. I feel more sorry for him," he pointed towards Jordan, "that was a nasty punch."

Juliet sneered at the man on the floor, "He thought it was appropriate to tell his work partner, a happily married woman, that he was in love with her."

Harry chuckled, "Thank goodness for your wicked strength."

Juliet grinned, "Shall we leave this pathetic man here and go to our lunch then?"

Draco cleared his throat awkwardly, "Please," he begged, "I don't want to see you getting into anymore trouble."

"I won't cause anymore trouble if he doesn't," Juliet said as they left Jordan to deal with his bruised ego and sore jaw.

Books, parchments and quills flew around the room as they sorted themselves into various boxes. Tea bags were thrown away and mugs were magically washed and stored. Juliet stood with her arms crossed in the corner of the room as her half of the office was stripped of the personality it had developed over the last few months.

Jordan sat hunched in his chair at his desk as he watched the office slowly become bare, "You didn't have to quit."

Juliet ignored him and the frown on her face deepened. She waved her hand and the desk was dusted and polished, almost as good as new.

Jordan cleared his throat, "I could've changed departments or found you a new partner. You're the best at your job Juls, you can't leave all your patients behind."

Juliet snapped her gaze to him, "Healer Duncan is perfectly capable of taking over for me. He is highly qualified and knows what is expected of him from you."

"He isn't you though! You know how to calm down the fussiest child and soothe the panic from the elderly. Please," Jordan pleaded, "stay."

Juliet's shoulders relaxed and she sighed, "I want to."

"Then stay," Jordan stood up, "this is where you belong."

Juliet glanced towards her empty desk and felt sadness sweep over her. She had worked hard to get to where she was and seeing her accomplishment was the highlight of her days. She saw a photo of her and Harry smiling from a box to the side and tensed up again.

Juliet straightened up and held a blank look on her face, "You almost ruined my marriage and destroyed the trust I had in you. Our friendship will never be the same."

"I'm sorry Juls."

"So am I," she replied, "Sorry that I have to leave my work behind because of some man who wanted to decide something for me," she glared hard at him in disgust.

She crossed the room and opened the door, allowing her things to float out. She took one last look around before nodding towards Jordan, "Goodbye Healer Jones."
