We Are Hidden (concrete poem)
Looking around there's nothing to see.
Look in the mirror you say "There's nothing to be."
You don't know what you will be.
You fake the smile that haunts me.
I cry for two J.A.'s.
The one who died, and the one who wants to.
You should be lucky you're not him.
You want to get rid of the pain by smiling, but it doesn't work.
You're bruised inside and out.
I can tell you're not the same, but neither am I.
Is it wrong to like the fake you rather then knowing the truth?
You are a mess.
Broken inside with a label on you saying "Fragile: breaks easily."
You are hidden inside a hurricane of tears.
My question is: When will the sun shine?
Don't leave me hanging onto the silence we speak.
All I can say to you two is
R.I.P.
