A/N: Elizabeth and Jack will start catching up with each other, and maybe start to flirt a bit (heh). Maybe start to desire each other. Jack will tell his backstory to Lizzie (I don't know if all of it is true, but I read about Jack.) He might also be a bit more open than usual, I just don't want to be so slow. Don't worry, Jack will learn not to trust Elizabeth that much. Have fun reading!

After ordering their foods, some members of Jack's crew were ordered to bring the dinner in the captain's cabin.

"So tell me, you have read stories of the notorious pirate Captain Jack Sparrow?" Jack said after he finished eating and drinking his new bottle of rum.

Elizabeth nodded and smiled, "The Grand adventures of Captain Jack Sparrow. I never thought I would meet you."

"Everyone that meets me is in luck, love. I am the one and only." Jack watched her finish the pasta. He leaned back in his chair, put his feet up on the table which caused his chair to balance on it's rear legs.

"Neither did I think that I would go on adventures with you. Or that you are a drunk pirate with so many stories to tell," she put her fork down. Jack was looking at her tongue the whole time she was eating, studying her movements.

Remembering last night, with Jack shirtless and all his scars and tattoos, Elizabeth became curious of what his past is like. "Is your Sparrow tattoo the only one you have?" This caught his attention, he stayed quiet for a few seconds before standing up.

Jack took his waistcoat off from under all his belts and sash, which stayed in place. He picked up his shirt and put his locs aside to reveal the large tattoo on his back. She looked curiously at the words and designs that stretched along his back and arms.

"What is it?"

"It's a poem called 'Desiderata' which is very inspiring for people, sends out a message." He pulled his shirt down again and tucked it in his slightly baggy breeches.

"What is it about?" Elizabeth couldn't help but be interested on how Jack has so many things, she knew he wouldn't tell all of them to her.

"Almost a guide for how to have humanity," his eyes looked down at the floor and he smiled. "Hardly human for a pirate." Jack looked up again and left his waistcoat on his bed.

Watching him put his shirt back in it's place and sitting back down, Elizabeth wondered why Jack looked worried or stressed most of the time. He hid it well, and she knew to not bother him so he keeps his secrets.

Jack looked back at her and hoped she wouldn't ask anything more about him, but he knew she wanted to know. "You want some?" Elizabeth asked him and handed over her fork, with pasta wrapped around it.

This way, she could distract herself from thinking of anything else to make him, slightly, uncomfortable.

Jack took it and put the fork in his mouth, tasting the pasta but also the metal of the fork. Paying attention to the new sweet taste in his mouth, sea...some rum. Her taste, Elizabeth's taste.

He slowly slipped it out of his mouth and swallowed. "I rather like eating this way a whole lot better."

Elizabeth smiled warmly at his way of innocently saying something like that. She took back her fork that Jack handed her.
