Swara's Room
Laksh enters Swara's room, visibly distressed.
"Swara, why did you accept the marriage proposal? Things seemed to be improving with Sanskar. What's going on?"
Swara, her expression resigned, responds, "Believing that everything is fine with Sanskar is an illusion."
"What are you talking about?" Laksh asks, clearly confused.
Swara sighs deeply and says, "Maybe love isn't in my destiny after all."
With that, she leaves, leaving Laksh troubled and perplexed.
Next Morning at the Office
Mr. Shastri is distributing sweets, prompting curiosity among the staff. Ragini and Sanskar arrive to find out the reason.
"Mr. Shastri, what's the celebration?" Ragini inquires.
"It's a happy announcement. Laksh and Swara are getting engaged soon," Mr. Shastri reveals.
Ragini and Sanskar are taken aback. Ragini rushes to her cabin, distressed.
In her cabin, Ragini recalls Swara's promise: "I promise, Ragini, that Laksh will soon realize his love for you."
She anguishes over the broken promise, questioning aloud, "Why, Swara? Why would you do this? You promised me that Laksh would come to his senses, and now this. Why?"
Tears roll down her cheeks as she grapples with her emotions.
In Sanskar's Cabin
Sanskar, alone and tormented, reflects on Swara's hurtful words: "I wish I had never met you."
He breaks down, whispering through his tears, "I love you, Swara."
Meanwhile, Ragini is still processing her feelings, silently declaring, "I love you, Laksh," as she deals with her pain.
At Swara's Home
Swara stands at the window, tears staining her face as she wrestles with her frustration.
"I hate you, Sanskar," she mutters, trying to come to terms with her emotions.
The Next Day at the Office
Swara arrives at the office, and Ragini immediately takes her to her cabin.
"Why did you do this to me, Swara? Why?" Ragini asks, her voice breaking.
Swara, struggling to find the right words, says, "Ragini, I'm sorry. I felt like I had no other option. Every time I think things are getting better, something goes wrong."
"So this is your solution?" Ragini challenges.
"Sometimes, we have to be selfish to protect ourselves," Swara replies, before leaving the cabin, leaving Ragini in tears.
Sanskar, who overheard the conversation, is deeply affected. He exits the office, devastated.
At Sanskar's House
Annapurna is on the phone, her voice filled with concern.
"I'm very worried. He's only listening to his own pain because of what I told him. I know he's heartbroken, but I can't let him let down his father."
She hears the sound of a car and sees Sanskar arriving. She approaches him. "Sanskar, you're home early?"
Sanskar, ignoring her, heads inside. Annapurna watches him with tearful eyes.
In Sanskar's Room
Sanskar, overwhelmed by his emotions, starts throwing objects in frustration. He injures his hands on a broken glass case.
Annapurna rushes in, finding him sobbing on the floor.
"I hate him, Mom. He's destroying my life. I love her so much," Sanskar cries.
Annapurna embraces him, comforting him and helping him to bed. As he falls asleep, she reflects on the situation.
"I've never seen Sanskar this broken. Who is this 'her' he keeps mentioning? Are we truly causing him so much pain?"
The scene ends with Annapurna's tearful contemplation.
