Swara's house was abuzz with anticipation as her parents and Laksh returned home after their visit to the Maheswari Mansion. Swara, eager to hear the outcome, rushed to meet them, her excitement palpable. "What happened? Tell me quickly! I can't wait any longer. Was Sanskar there? I know it must have been shocking!"
Swara's parents exchanged worried glances but said nothing, leaving Swara in suspense. "Mom, Dad, what's the matter? Why aren't you saying anything? Laksh, please tell me!"
Seeing her distress, Ragini gently took Swara aside and led her to her room. The moment she closed the door, Laksh began recounting the events of the meeting. As he spoke, Swara's excitement turned to anger and disbelief. Without saying a word, she stormed out of the room, leaving Ragini and Laksh scrambling to catch up.
Ragini called after her, "Swara, listen to me!"
Swara headed straight to the Maheswari Mansion, her frustration boiling over. She stood outside, yelling, "Sanskar Maheswari, come out right now! I said, come out!"
Sanskar emerged, bewildered by her sudden outburst. "What's wrong with you?"
Without warning, Swara slapped him, leaving everyone—Ragini, Laksh, and Sanskar—stunned. "Mr. Sanskar Maheswari, what do you think of yourself? You think you can do whatever you want and I'll stay silent? I was completely wrong to think you cared about me."
Ragini chimed in, her voice trembling with disappointment. "I can't believe it's really you, Sanskar. You've said all sorts of things about us and now you've hurt Swara. How could you?"
Swara continued, her voice cold with anger. "It's clear now that you've learned this behavior from your parents. I'm done with you."
Enraged, Sanskar grabbed Swara tightly. "Stop! I won't listen to anything negative about my parents."
Swara stared at him, her expression hardening. "Wow, just wow. You can insult my family, but I can't say anything about yours? This is all my fault. I should have known if you're like this, it's because of your upbringing."
Sanskar, cutting her off, raised his voice. "How could I marry you when someone else is waiting for me?"
The revelation left Swara, Laksh, and Ragini in shock. "What?" they all exclaimed.
Sanskar, with a pained look, said nothing more and walked away, leaving everyone in stunned silence.
Back at Swara's house, she sat in her room, heartbroken. Ragini tried to console her, but Swara was inconsolable. "Why is this happening to me, Ragu? Why does Sanskar have to keep secrets? How could he be involved with someone else?"
Laksh, trying to offer comfort, said, "Don't waste your tears on him. He's not worth it."
As Swara made a silent resolve to move on from Sanskar, a man approached her house. Swara, determined, vowed to herself, "From today, I will move on and not look back."
The gate opened, and the man entered. Swara, hearing her name, looked up. "Who's there?"
When she saw the man, a broad smile spread across her face. "Rajat! What are you doing here?" (Rajat, Swara, Laksh, and Ragini's childhood friend, had always loved Swara in secret.)
Rajat smiled warmly. "Can't I come to visit you?"
Laksh stepped forward and hugged Rajat. "It's great to see you here!"
Rajat, with a twinkle in his eye, added, "And there's another surprise, but that'll come tomorrow."
Swara, intrigued, asked, "What is it?"
Rajat replied, "Not now. The surprise will be revealed tomorrow." They all ushered Rajat into the house.
Noticing the sadness among the group, Rajat asked Ragini what happened. She recounted the events, and Rajat was incredulous. "I can't believe Sanskar would do this. He was always like this—first Kavya, then he led you on, Swara, and then Ragini. Now, it's another girl? This is so complicated."
Turning to Swara, he said reassuringly, "Don't worry. Your friend is here now, and I won't let you shed any more tears."
He hugged her tightly, providing some comfort.
Meanwhile, at Sanskar's house, he was staring at a photo of Swara when his mother, AP, entered. "You really love her, don't you?" she asked gently.
Sanskar, struggling with his emotions, replied, "No, Mom, I..."
AP, seeing through his words, hugged him. "You can't lie to me."
Sanskar, overwhelmed, confessed, "I can't do this anymore. It's painful. We can't just be pawns in Dad's plans. It's hurting too much."
AP, with tears in her eyes, held him close. Yes, it really hurts, she thought.
As the scene faded, a black shadow with a dice appeared, hinting at further drama.
