Lisa's Pov
Jennie and I went in the mall to buy some clothes and stuffs. While she was choosing some clothes, I can't avoid to stare at her.
"Lisa I know you like me--"
"Wrong. I LOVE you" I said cutting her off
"Love? Psh, you're kidding me. We just met this week."
"I told you, time doesn't matter."
"Can you just please stop staring at me?"
"I can't"
"Ugh Lisaaaa"
"Fine. I'll just go look for something"
I left Jennie and went to other part of the mall. If Jennie's with me, I can't focus. I bought an ice cream and ate it while thinking about Jennie. She reminds of someone. She reminds me of the girl I met when I was in high school. They both have those irresistible eyes, pointed nose, and kissable lips.
"Hi there, are you sitting alone?" A girl asked me
"Yes" I replied
"Can I sit with you?"
"Sure"
I feel awkward with this girl because she keeps on staring at me. I'm eating my ice cream as fast as I can so I can leave this girl right here.
"Do you have any boyfriend?" She asked
"I'm gay" I replied proudly
"Oh interesting. So you have a girlfriend?"
"Nah. I'm single"
"Nice. Can I have your number?"
"Uhm--"
"Hi babe!" Jennie greeted
"Jennie? What are you--"
"Babe, is this girl bothering you?" Jennie asked while clinging on to my arm.
"Sorry miss, who are you?" The girl asked Jennie
"I'm the girlfriend of the girl you're flirting with." Jennie said while smirking
"She don't have a girlfriend" The girl replied
"Well now she have." Jennie said pulling me away to that girl.
"Thank you" I said
"Welcome. I knew you were in trouble when that girl was flirting with you. But don't take my acting seriously okay? I still don't like you"
"Yeah I know" I said showing a fake smile
"Here's your credit card. Thank you for letting me use it." Jennie said while giving my credit card back.
"Anything for you Jennie😉"
"Do you want us to have dinner here? Or I'll just cook for you at home?"
"I like the kimchi stew fried rice better and I want to cook it myself."
"Okay if you insist"
We went back home with so many stuffs. Jennie bought like 1o pairs of Gucci clothes and shoes. Plus the new MacBook laptop she bought.
"Hey Lisa"
"Yeah?"
"Thank you so much. I don't what to do without you."
"I told you, I will do anything for you as long as I can do it"
"I wish you're just Jisoo. Kind, caring, and everything nice."
I was a bit hurt when Jennie told that. Who wouldn't right? I'm the one here for her but she wishes for somebody else.
"Jisoo can also give these kind of stuffs if you'll let her" I said to Jennie
"Yes she can also give me these stuffs but the thing I want from her is care. I think she don't care about me. All she care for is Nayeon, her bestfriend."
"She cares a lot for you Jennie"
"If she cares for me, then why isn't she messaging me? I haven't receive any text nor calls from her. She's not even asking if I'm doing just fine."
"Maybe she's not feeling well yet"
"Even tho. She should text me."
"Understand her please"
"Ugh"
When we arrived at home, I started cooking our dinner. I burned the pork belly a little but I still managed to cook the fried rice. I served it on the dinner table and called Jennie.
"Jennie! Dinner is ready!" I yelled
"I'm coming!" She said while going here downstairs.
"Wow you succeeded cooking the fried rice without any help." Jennie said
"I want you to taste it first" I said a little bit nervous
She tasted the food I cooked and I can't read her expression. Ugh, I think I fail. I'm a really bad cook.
"H-how was it?" I asked
"You burned the pork belly.....but it's still good 😊"
"Really?!"
"Yep. Taste it yourself."
I tasted it Jennie's right it's so fucking delicious. It's my first time to cook something tasty, thanks to Jennie. She's not a total bitch after all, she's also genuine. We slept early since tomorrow is Monday and we both have classes.
